I have worked with fully automatic espresso machines costing over $28,000, semi-automatic machines costing around $9,000, and many traditional manual espresso machines throughout my career. To my surprise, I was able to make a better espresso on this little machine than on many of those much more expensive units. The crema was easily three times thicker and richer than what I was getting from some commercial machines, and the milk frother did an excellent job producing smooth foam for cappuccinos and lattes. One of the biggest advantages is that the grinder and milk frother are built into the machine. Buying a separate grinder and frother could easily cost more than the machine itself. Of course, the machine alone does not make great coffee. The person using it must understand coffee extraction, grind settings, coffee dose, and brewing parameters. Once properly adjusted, this machine produces excellent results consistently. This is not a machine for high-volume use, and it is not designed to make hundreds of coffees a day. However, for home use, it is the perfect choice. If you make about 18 cappuccinos at home instead of buying them from a coffee shop, you have already recovered the purchase price. The machine operates at 1200 watts, which is more than adequate for home use. For comparison, many commercial kitchen microwave ovens operate at around 1000 watts. The 20-bar pump provides more than enough pressure for proper espresso extraction when the machine is set correctly. For only $59, I honestly did not expect this level of performance. We now enjoy excellent coffee every morning without spending $400 to $500 or more on equipment. In every aspect, this machine is worth the money. If you take the time to learn how to use it properly, it delivers results far beyond what its price would suggest. Great value and a great deal.

I was very excited about getting a new espresso machine. But the item wasn't working; it just kept beeping after I followed the instructions over and over. I tried to contact brand support and the seller, but all I got was Amazon support, which sent me to the seller. The seller has no option to contact them, so I had to return it. Too much trouble for a cup of coffee.

I've been using this espresso machine for a little while now, and I'm happy with it. It was easy to set up, and I was making espresso within minutes of taking it out of the box. It heats up quickly and makes a good cup of espresso. I also use it to make lattes and cappuccinos, and the milk frother works pretty well. The black design looks nice on the countertop, and the machine doesn't take up much space. It's lightweight and simple to clean, which makes it convenient for busy mornings. I think this espresso machine is a great value. It makes tasty coffee, is simple to clean, and does what I need it to do. The first machine we got the grinder didn’t work it wasn’t spinning so we returned it for a new one we just received the new one today I opened it up and plugged it in and now the only thing it does is grind the buttons don’t work at all I can turn it off do not buy this. I’m just really annoyed because I waited a week for this new one to deliver only for it to be faulty as well.

This espresso machine definitely works, I can’t figure out the grinder it looks like it doesn’t work, and the directions don’t even show what the grinder part looks like. However if you know how to pull espresso, this is perfect and pulls really good shots, the portafilter is always a little hard to get out but that’s the only downside side I’ve noticed other than the grinder being useless, also the milk steamer is amazing 10/10 steams milk quick, it takes some getting used to, but once you have it down it steams quick. Also this machine is very loud when pouring the espresso. But for the price you literally won’t be able to find a better one!

This machine does work as it should,you just need to read and pay attention when running water to clean at first, the knobs on the side needs off when making espresso and on when using wand, the bean holder on top has a triangle in the front ,that's were you twist your bean holder and set the grind,the filter that holds your ground coffee has a filter Plat that comes out to clean, lift up as you turn it in circles and it lifts out with ease, this machine takes a little time to figure out so don't give up ,we almost sent it back but took a rest and tried the next morning and it all came together, put your shot glasses on a half paper towel so the vibration don't knock out of alignment, great machine making great coffee for $60 excellent buy

Honestly this doesn’t even deserve one star but it did show up and we got our $ back when we returned it . It is so light weight and nothing fits correctly. Quality control is horrible and it is like a toy.

It’s an awesome espresso machine. It’s really easy to install and use it. Only takes a little bit time to figure out. The appearance looks great and perfect size for my kitchen. The brew time is quicker than the old one I have. It works so professionally and value for money.
