Verified purchase from a good ol boy from NC. Bought this for my 11yo son and I and we absolutely love it. Small crack around the horn housing, but took us all of 2hes to assemble and start riding. I'm almost 200lbs and it got me to 50mph easily on mode 3. Super easy interface once you read the manual. My son has already dropped it 4 times and it seems like it will hold up well. Super long battery life. Seat can get uncomfortable on long rides for adults. Would purchase again without question. Power for days. Shipping was on point as well.
