So far so good. There ARE pro's and cons. The pro's: 1) It's powerful enough to carry my 250lb bum up some pretty steep hills with no problem. 2) Nice looking bike. 3) Easy to put together in under an hour. 4) It scoots. 5) Decent price. 6) Battery life is better than expected. Cons: 1) Suspension a little soft. (Used spanner to stiffen) 2) A little low for someone 6'1"- 6'2" 3) (THE WORST CON) The seat is thin, and a brick. Bum hurt after 10 min. After an hour ride with the kids, I was seriously in pain. I contacted an upholstery store. For around $250- $300 they will add a couple inches of foam. Should be more comfortable, and gain me another inch or so of height. Also, I would like to see an option for a premium seat, and, an upgrade option to a 19" rear tire for the height and comfort. It’s an OK bike, but I did have problems with the front brakes and not to mention I had to re-attach a wire to itself because they do not protect the controller enough. All the wires are exposed and that led to one snapping I would recommend more wire management, but other than that in the brakes the range is amazing ... show more

I received the bike this afternoon July 3. The bike did not come with bolts to mount. The handlebars is also missing the rear shock in the bolts to mount it. Very disappointed. I’ve reached out to.eskute and the seller (electby) hoping for a quick response, but we will see

This is a good bike for the price very durable I dropped it hard about 10 times now and I see damage but it’s not catastrophic. It’s heavy but very fast the looks are also nice assembly took some time but was worth it battery life could honestly be better but it’s still really nice. It gaps the heybike villain, the yozma pro and I put a good gap between the surron light bee x. Just keep in mind to take good care of it. ... show more

It’s super fast but as a bike marketed to adults this bike really, really, really needs a better seat. It’s way too narrow and puts pressure in the exact wrong places if you’re a male. You shouldn’t have to strap a pillow on it to ride for twenty minutes. At this price point maybe $25 toward a better seat would be a great call Eskute….. You could even sell one separately! ... show more
