I would give no stars if I could! HORRIBLE experience we received the bike broken with a bad controller. The bike is supposed to go 38mph and it only goes 18mph. We reported the problem to the seller and Amazon. The seller recommended we take the bike to local shops to see if they could fix a brand new bike we just paid a 1000 dollars for. We took the 125lbs bike to 3 different shops who of course would not work on it because it’s not their product. I tried to go through the Amazon A-Z protection and they denied my claim. Eskute has been absolutely no help they will not let me return the bike without me paying a 300 dollar return fee on a bike that cost 600. I’ve tried to explain to everyone Amazon A-Z and the seller we received the bike broken. So now we are stuck with a 1000 dollar paper weight that no one seems to care about . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! once you have it your stuck with it broken or not it’s yours and they will not help to correct the problem or allow you to return or replace the item. The 30 day return policy does not apply so in my view that false advertising and Amazon is allow this seller to sell faulty products on their platform with no recourse. I’m so upset my son is upset and now he won’t have a electric bike to ride with his friends this summer because I can’t afford to buy another one after wasting a 1000 dollars on this piece of trash.

Good bike impressed with the speed it’s fast in mode 3 my son going to love it! Would have gave 5 stars but the plastic piece on the handle bars was broke in shipping but I’m not tripping!! Easy to put together instructions are clear and the price was great bike got lights and turning signals !
