These are great electric bicycles for a very cheap price. They were shipped quickly, arrived needing assembly which was very straight forward. There are several videos that helped explain assembly, so no issues. They are a pleasure to ride and are exactly as described. Having said that, they are heavy. It's not a secret, it clearly states what they weigh on the description, just know that's pretty heavy to manhandle. But we do fold them up and put them in our car for trips. The good: So fun to ride. Easy to ride. Easy to learn. The bumps on the pavement are barely felt. It folds up so you can put it in your trunk. It’s powerful. Long battery life. There’s a front light, break light, and a horn. It looks cool. The bad: The assembly instructions are not clear and precise. It’s very heavy. Loading and unloading into the car is difficult. The pedals move during transport and lock into place creating a hassle to get them apart and scratching the bike. All in all, it’s a great bike and I’m glad we bought it. ... show more

These bikes were simple to assemble. I charged the batteries per recommended time. Rode them the following day and they rode smooth. The pedal assist is awesome. We have not rode them a far distance yet but will update next week after our ride. Good sturdy quality and no problem folding it up.

This is my first e-bike and I'm glad and disappointed at the same time. I love the fact that you can control the modes or turn them off if you're not using the assist with your thumb. Speed is decent haven't been able to get up to 28. Only reached to 19. Design is cool and like the rear seat that can be converted to your needs. For example add another seat or other things on the back. Now the bad things. The bike is heavy AH!! In the video the guy made look super light and easy. Second when it's time to fold the bike it is such a hassle because the arm peddle keeps getting in the way and at times locks the bike. My biggest turn off is the weight of the bike. One last thing. When I was assembling the bike I was missing some parts from the front wheel that did not reflect the instruction or video. In the video the front wheel appeared to have some type of black nuts and of course the outer nuts. I had some strange looking nuts that didn't even match which makes the front wheel not turn so freely. If you spin it when your hand it will spin but once you let go it stops. ... show more

This is a lovely bike, I'm on the heavy side 300+ and it supports my weight very well. The speed is amazing, the brakes amazing just everything is amazing but some cons There's something going on with the tire which its not fully on the wheel but it still rides nicely. The tools it came with, didn't find neither of the screws so have your own tools on standby. The seat is a little uncomfortable but it's probably just me because I'm on the heavier side Other than that I love this bike a lot and so does my mom & brother. ... show more
