Had no idea what to expect and only bought it on a lark (had an Amazon gift card). I love it! I have no idea if it's doing anything to my skin, but it feels great. The roller stays cold for a long time and clean up is very easy. And it works really well to ease stress and headaches. I only keep the roller in the freezer and I'm a little nervous each time I take it out of the plastic handle for fear I'll break off one of the little arms that holds it in place, but so far so good! I had no idea I would like this so much!

So I got this because I have rosacea and my face gets so hot and painful. It does help with pain relief! It feels good and refreshing. I am a little disappointed because based on the pictures and the beads I thought it would be squishy but it is hard plastic. There is no give at all to get nicely around eyes and nose. It was a little leaky out of the package as you can see in the picture. I gave it a quick wash which I would have anyway. I started with storing in the fridge and it felt good that way. I froze it and it was pretty cold but still refreshing and not too cold in my opinion. It stays cold for long enough. Maybe 30 min to pushing it to an hour? And I've left it out twice overnight and no additional leakage. When deciding if I should purchase I wasn't sure that it would be easy to hold and use but it's not bad at all. If you have soft slippery hands (like my dad even though he worked with his hands his whole life) and things slide out of your hands I would not get this. So overall I would do 3.5 out of 5 stars. I see some improvements that could be made but for now, my face says thank you!

This was a gift for me, and I was skeptical. I felt it looked clunky, and wasn't convinced it would be useful. I was very wrong! Despite its clunky appearance, I am so happy that I was given this gift! If I have a headache or am feeling stressed, a few minutes of rolling the softer roller head over my temples, forehead, and face leaves me feeling much better, more relaxed, and refreshed. I use it a couple of times a week. It also seems to reduce redness and puffiness for a few minutes, but I haven't seen any long-term changes. I think it will be very useful once the weather warms up, I can imagine it will be very refreshing once it gets really hot. It would also be great for anyone suffering from hot flashes!
