This little amp is absolutely perfect for the use case I had. My daughter has an electric cello but bringing her floor amp to her music lessons was a royal pain in the butt. So, I strapped one of these little battery-powered amps to the inside frame of her cello and–BAM!–instant self-contained electric cello! The sound quality is surprisingly good for such a small amp. At full volume, it's about the same loudness and sounds pretty much the same as a typical wooden cello, which is perfect.
