  • Best axe cleaning kit!
Style: Care Kit
Used this on my Jackson CBX Concert David Ellefson bass. The fretboard looks darker and properly hydrated, the string cleaner definitely brought the 3 month old strings back to life and the guitar polish left the paint shiny and feeling great! Included is a quality polishing cloth plenty big enough to polish this beast of a bass! Don’t sleep on this cleaning kit! ... show more

  • Finally - a polish that leaves no haze
Style: Polish and Cloth
This is *the* juice for electric guitars. The only other guitar polish I've ever used was from the most famous American guitar manufacturer and that milky stuff always left a haze on the surface. That made me think that polishing a guitar was not a good thing to do! Ernie Ball's polish cleaned the dirty gunk (sorry, but that's reality for hard playing punk rockers) and left a clear shiny finish. I have a Telecaster Modern Player and this polish makes it look like a beautiful slab of cold smoked salmon. This works well not only on the the wood but the chrome is shiny without being too slippery. The cloth is just what is needed, and it's important to get a fresh cloth with each bottle. This is now my go-to gift for fellow guitarists! p.s.: I tried to take a pic but it's too shiny and I polished it a week ago which is two jams ago! ... show more

  • Works on the Tough Jobs
Style: Polish and Cloth
I don't write many reviews, but I wanted to share my thoughts on this instrument polish. I'm a seasoned life-long musician and I have an acoustic guitar I feared the finish was toast on. I had used a different wood polish with only minor improvement. The Ernie Ball polish brought the finish back up to 100% with very little elbow grease. Kudos Ernie Ball. I'll swear by this stuff looking forward. ... show more

  • Great product! Makes your instruments shine without harming the finish.
Style: Care Kit
I have 2 mandolins, 2 violins, a guitar and banjo. My guitar is 50 years old and was looking dull and tired. This made it look new again!

  • Perfecto-ish
Style: Care Kit
The products work as intended, however the string cleaner bottle arrived broken and empty which is very unfortunate. Overall, I recommend.

  • Great for cleaning and polishing electric guitars.
Style: Care Kit
Cleans and maintains. Won’t cut through heavy finger gunk. Found out the hard way.

  • Safe for ALL finishes. Most polishes are for gloss coating
Style: Polish and Cloth
This is necessary for your instruments that don’t have a lacquer finish. My acoustic, like most, has a nitrocellulose finish. The spray polish I use for it is made by another familiar brand and it has Brazilian wax it, so I use it for a gloss finish. This polish will do fine on glossy finish and I have used it at times but it is the only thing I use on matte finish, semi-gloss finish, or any finished instrument. If I’m not sure about a finish, I use Ernie Ball because it is safe for all finishes and makes anything polish up to its best condition. It is the only thing I use on my ukulele and after using it for a few months I can tell that the wood is much better looking than it did when I bought it. It is definitely hydrated it and actually keeps it hydrated even though it is 25% humidity in the house during winter. I use it on parts of my acoustic and violin that don’t have nitrocellulose such as the back of the guitar neck. If you have any instruments, you need a polish that can be used on any finish. No instrument is totally coated with nitrocellulose. I wax my acoustic twice a year so this polish will make it shiny as well as the polish for gloss and it actually doesn’t reveal fingerprints as much as the other polish. Wax has a little adhesive properties. And good price. I have spent more on just a microfiber cloth. The cloth is good too. Can never have too many. ... show more

  • Much Better than I thought
Style: Care Kit
This stuff was amazing! My Les paul feels so smooth and looks so shiny and the fretboard conditioner brought that deep color back! I haven’t used the string cleaner yet but all in all it’s great! It also Came with a micro fiber towel!
