Works perfectly with my acoustic guitar unlike my last one which applied uneven and weak force on my strings. I've heard that it can apply too much pressure on people's guitars but I have standard .012 gauge strings so this isn't a problem for me (maybe be careful if you have very light electric guitar strings)
