Oh my what a good wide format printer, capable of 18” printing!! THE CATCH: While the Epson ink is fairly cheap for this model, it is getting ridiculously hard to find. Dunno why. This might indicate plans for discontinuation. The latest Epson after this one in the same class just released recently is more sophisticated but its largest print size is 17”. ... show more

I would just say this, you’re going to have to use some ink and some paper or photo paper before you become comfortable getting good images.     • Gobbles ink and is so buggy

The prints are great, once you finally get it to work. I get a 'file failed' message all the time requiring me to throw away a bunch of files and reisntall the driver from the epson website. This takes forever. Also, the printheads ALWAYS clog and require 4-5 rounds of cleanings, each taking 5 minutes and wasting tons of ink as well as time. I can't believe everyone has such positive things to say about this printer, it's been a nightmare for me. ... show more
