Surprisingly, the grey ink is the ink I go through faster then any other color, so it's great that I can order each color separately. After owning an Epson 8550 for over a year, I needed to refill the gray ink after printing many black and white photos. Couldn't find it locally at a store, so I ordered it from Amazon and had it the next day. Inks last a long time in this printer, so the cost for ink is very low. Just make sure you print something at least once a week to keep the nozzles clear. I use Qimage, a program for printing which you can set to automatically print a test sheet weekly. ... show more
