Been using these with the steam deck and the experience has been great. The charging case is all metal and very nice feeling. The sound is great to my ears. No ANC but the passive noise isolation is still great. They recently came out with a firmware update where you can use the mic while using the low latency dongle so that's great. While I would not use it since the mic isn't that good, if you need it it's there and that's nice. if these had a longer battery life then I would use them for my long gaming sessions on my desktop, but for now, I use these primarily for my steam deck and they've been great for it. I also kind of wish these were a little bit louder but the volume is still respectable. These are comfy too and include 4 different sizes of earbuds. if you're looking for desktop earphones then I would probably stick to wired earphones since the battery life is only 4 hrs, but if you're looking for earphones for a handheld like steam deck or switch, then I recommend these. ... show more

The earbuds sound quality seem excellent and with the low latency dongle the delay appeared to be non existent. The reason I have to give it one star is my personal experience with the comfort in my ear. The large shape of the earbud caused major pain in my ear which I do not get from other earbuds. This is likely specific to different ear shapes and sensitivity but I had to return these. Take my review for what it is. You may not suffer the same ear pain from using these as I did then they likely make excellent ear buds though a little pricey. ... show more

Okay so these are supposed to be the best gaming wireless earbuds of 2022… and they’re not it. For gaming at least. The sound quality is actually phenomenal and if you are only using your phone I would buy the non dongle version. But for gaming the dongle has weird delay issues sometimes, has a HORRIBLE start up noise when you first connect to the dongle it’s bad enough I wouldn’t even have them in my ear when I was first pairing them. Also no mono audio on both earbuds only 1 so kind of useless if you are trying to use 1 earbud and then swap out to the other one when your first one dies. ... show more

Oof. What a let down. Since the AirPods release, a lot of users started doing what I do. You put only one earbud in and use it in mono until it gets low on battery. When it does, you pop it back in the case and use the other while the first one recharges. This was a game changer and a feature I’ve gotten accustom to. You CAN’T do this with these ear buds. You can use the right earbud by itself but the left earbud will only work if the right earbud is also in your ear. This kills the battery life for me and will for anyone else who hopes to swap back and forth between earbuds to maximize battery life. I love good stereo sound and the sound quality is okay but for long listening sessions like during work, you can’t listen more than 5 hours without having to stop and recharge. Seems picky but they also don’t have fast charge so charging up one or both buds will take you about 1.5 hours. I’m used to being able to take my wireless earbuds with me to work and being able to listen non-stop for a full work day by swapping ears. Not the case with these. ... show more

I bought these for use mostly with a Steam Deck and my phone hooked up to a Razer Kishi. Getting them plugged into my computer and downloading the EPOS app to get the firmware updated was an unnecessary chore (hopefully these get added to Sennheiser's other apps if they haven't already). Outside of that, they've been great. I wish the controls were on the "master" (right) bud and not the "slave" (left) bud, but I'm sure there's a reason for that. I can lay my head down on a soft pillow while wearing these and have it not hurt my ears, which is nice for gaming in bed while my partner sleeps. If they stuck out a touch less I could use them like budget sleep buds, but the battery life and solid connectivity are features I would rather have. Latency is fantastic and my other wireless buds and headphones are all getting sold because they never see any use now ... show more

Got these "used" from amazon warehouse deal for half price and could have fooled me, other than the box being unsealed they were brand new and perfect condition. These perform absolutely fine for my intended purpose of wireless earbuds for music and light gaming on my mixed use work PC that don't look like obnoxious "gamer" headphones. Sound quality won't blow you away but they're certainly as good as you can expect at this price range. Saw some reviews complain about poor noise cancellation but they don't claim to have that feature--it is "noise reducing" as in the sealed design of an IEM type of earbud will block out most noise and they do a fairly good job of that. A recent firmware update fixed a few connection bugs I had and finally added the ability to use the microphone over the USB dongle. Overall very satisfied with these earbuds! That said, don't know if I'd say these are worth full price, but for what I paid, they are excellent. ... show more

Was listed as new but I received an open box with earwax still on the buds. I tried looking past the nasty earwax because $160 was an awful lot better than $260. I popped them in and tried them out only to realize that the whole selling point of these earbuds (dongle with aptx LL) was basically useless because the earbuds are whisper quite while using the dongle(regardless of device). I tried looking for solutions and they all suggested updating the software and firmware through the epos gaming suite so I begrudgingly downloaded the software and tried every conceivable option through the software and nothing worked. The epos software itself was also pretty terrible, as it requires you to unzip the file for a proper install which I am willing to bet a lot of people wouldn't know how to do. Then if you make it that far the firmware update wasn't exactly straight forward either and it didn't even fix my problem. After reading so many other poor reviews and seeing the condition of the box these came in(looked like someone ate mashed potato's with their hands and then rummaged through the box) I wouldn't be surprised if these "new" earbuds have had more owners than the Yankees ... show more
