My first 'smart' toilet and i like it! Although it says it needs two people, i had no problem installing it without help. Instead of a wax gasket, they are supplying a black, ultra sticky material gasket that works more or less the same as the wax version. The pros: * All the advertised functions worked well out of the box * Flushes well, better than my old Toto * You can adjust all the temperature settings easily with the remote * Many of the automated features such as pre-wetting and auto-flush can be turned off * So far, easy to clean The no so great: * The buttons to flush and activate the bidet are on the side of the toilet and impossible to read while you use the toilet. As this new toilet is in the guest bathroom, we have to instruct our guests on how to use the toilet functions and/or the remote.

Writing this about two years after purchase, which I think matters a lot for something like a smart toilet from a lesser-known brand. Short version: it’s been rock solid. 10 stars if possible. The heated seat, warm water bidet, night light, and foot-sensor flush all still work exactly as they did on day one. No electronics issues, no leaks, no weird behavior over time. The night light is actually very useful, the heated seat is consistent, and the foot flush has been reliable and convenient. When I bought it back in 2022 or 2023, it was around $869, which felt like a gamble for a brand I didn’t know. Looking back, it was absolutely worth it. It’s cheaper now, but at the 2022 price this thing was still a great value. If you’re on the fence because of the brand name, real-world longevity matters more than logos. After two years of daily use, this has earned its place in the bathroom.

The EPLO smart toilet was a great choice. It provides great functionality, tons of convenient features and modern looks at a 'really nice' price. But, above all, it comes with an excellent customer service attached. Bought it two years+ ago and the water flow started to diminish, so I contacted them and right away they responded and provided me with a solution to the problem, sent clear instructions on how to fix it, along with the parts I needed to replace in order to regain functionality, at no cost! I greatly recommend this product if you are searching for a smart toilet that brings modern looks and functionality to your house without 'braking the bank'.

It's a great toilet/ bidet combo, works just as advertised. It comes with a remote but if you have the settings right you don't need to use the remote, it's fully automatic. The seat is heated, the water is heated and the dryer air is heated. Believe it or not, we even find the heaters pleasant in the summer! A word about the FILTERS: because there is no water tank, it uses a water pump to flush. The water lines (flexible pipes) inside the toilet/bidet are fitted with two small filters to prevent impurities to clog the pump. If your water has sediment in it (i.e. if you just had plumbing repair or installation done and there is debris inside your house plumbing system), the filters will get clogged and it won't flush. With a brand new expensive toilet this will lead to frustration! But.. it is very easy to take the bidet apart and clean the filters. If you email customer service they will send you pictures on how to do it. You just need a couple of screw drivers and a pair of plyers. It took me less than 30 minutes to clean the filters and it has been working great since! And remember: long-press the 1/2 flush button on the remote until it beeps to enable/ disable the foot sensor to flush with your foot. Long-press the full-flush button on the remote until it beeps to enable/ disable the auto-flush (flushes when you stand up) feature

We have had this toilet for a little over two years now, and it worked as advertised until a few weeks ago, when it began to have problems flushing completely. We contacted EPLO through Amazon for help. They responded immediately (on a weekend, no less), providing video instructions on how to remove and clean the internal water filter. That turned out to be about a 30-minute DIY job, and solved the problem. They are also sending me, apparently with no charge, an inlet valve with an integrated filter, but that will have to be installed by a plumber. If you buy this toilet, be sure the installer puts in the provided inlet valve with the filter. Cleaning the internal filter is doable, but not fun. I rate this seller's customer service outstanding.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the EPLO Smart Toilet about two years ago, and it recently stopped flushing. I contacted EPLO Customer Service at [email protected], and they promptly provided a troubleshooting step that temporarily fixed the issue. After I reached out again, they decided to replace the solenoid, which was a straightforward installation. I’m happy to report that the toilet is working perfectly again. I highly recommend the product and would like to congratulate the EPLO service team on their excellent support. If you experience a similar issue, I suggest first trying the troubleshooting video provided or contacting EPLO directly — their team is very responsive and helpful.
