We are very happy that we ended up buying Eplo after so much deliberation for our newly remodeled bathroom. This is the first smart toilet in our house and the experience has been great so far. We have used hand held bidet earlier but now getting used to the in-built bidet and feel “cleaned”. Installation was a breeze. Still took two people to get the toilet and set it up but not a big hassle. All listed features works fine. The favorite by our friends and family is the dryer function. Like the tornado style flushing. Another favorite is the half flush vs full flush. Overall this smart toilet is a very good buy especially for the price.

I had used a bidet seat for 8 years before buying this toilet, but I thought it would be more cost-effective to buy an all-in-one smart toilet instead of buying the toilet and seat separately. Before I bought this smart toilet, I compared two other smart toilets, and their functions were very similar, but I liked this one better. It is worth the money and has not let me down. I bought it on Thanksgiving 2024, so I have plenty of time to use it. The installation is very simple, just a little narrow when tightening the fixing bolts, but it fits the US standard setting very well. No hot water pipeline is required. I installed a socket behind the toilet to connect to the power supply. It can be used immediately after installation and power on. The remote control function is essential, of course, you can also choose the control function that comes with the smart toilet, which is very convenient. The flushing capacity is very strong, there are two flushing methods, large and small, which is economical and affordable. The heated water, seat and dryer are great. I will never use a regular toilet again, so it has changed my life. There are many functions that can be used or not, such as night lights, toilet reminder sounds can be turned off or on, etc. The most impressive thing is the customer service! I emailed their customer service and received a response within a day that answered my question and resolved my issue.

Great price for all of the features. Seat and water warm well. Nightlight is bright and works great. Toilet itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Flush is powerful and the kick flush is great. The pre bowl rinse does a great job making sure the toilet remains clean. The remote is a little wonky, it's not very clear at first which buttons do what. The rear wash position is also a bit weird. I find it to be *way* too far forward and I often have to reposition myself in order to make proper usage of it. Toilet installed easy, didn't take any real work. Of course be aware you do need an electrical outlet nearby. So for most homeowners this will involve opening up a wall and tying into an existing electrical source to put in a new plug. You won't need a dedicated circuit or anything, it absolutely doesn't draw enough power for anything like that. It runs pretty cheaply. But you will need to knockout and redo some drywall and tie in some new electricity if you don't already have a nearby outlet.

Loving this toilet so far. Plenty of features, chair height (great for short people), excellent interface and logic. Even has a responsive customer support email. This indicates there is a good potential for getting parts in the future. Installation wasn't hard, but was as expected. An electrician and plumber is strongly recommended. I love that I could turn off the beeping. My only complaint is that the remote doesn't light up, though I am starting to memorize where the buttons are so I can use it in the dark. All in all an excellent value.

The installation process was surprisingly straightforward, thanks to the clear instructions provided. Even for someone with limited plumbing experience like myself and my husband, setting up the bidet toilet was a breeze. The hardest part was aligning the floor brackets. Took my husband and myself, a few extra minutes, but all in all easy installation. The primary function of the bidet toilet – cleaning – is exceptional. The adjustable water pressure and temperature settings ensure a comfortable and hygienic experience every time. The oscillating and pulsating features provide additional cleaning options, catering to individual preferences. One of the standout features of the Bidet Toilet is its comfort-enhancing capabilities. The heated seat, especially during chilly mornings, is a game-changer. Never knew i needed a heated seat until this toliet! The warm air dryer eliminates the need for most toilet paper. I find i still need a little to finish the drying, especially when I am in a hurry. The "pre-fill" (when you first sit down helps) and the sensing of a second flush needed, keeps the toilet clean. In conclusion, this toliet has exceeded my expectations! It was a worthwhile investment for our household.

Got two eplo smart toilets for our renovated bathrooms, it’s works really good, I like the neated heat feature and it feels very comfortable in winter morning. My wife likes the water cleaning feature which is very comfortable and clean.
