Good value for a full feature toilet with built in bidet. The open by itself, the seat is warm, and the water temperature can be adjusted. We have had this for about 6 weeks now and no issues so far. I had a question about cleaning and their service team was responsive. We purchased 2 of the U8Pro units for two bathrooms. We like the height and the auto flush. Fantastic! Great quality, modern and very elegant. It looks just like it does in the picture. The EPLO Smart Toilet has a bunch of nice features. The lid opens when you walk in and closes when you leave. The flush happens automatically, every time. The seat is warm, the water is warm. The air dryer is not super potent, but it gets the job done. The deodorizer keeps things civilized and the remote is a plus. And then there’s the bidet function; the feature that changes your life permanently. It’s not just about cleanliness; it’s comfort, convenience, and a level of refreshment you don’t realize you were missing until the first time you use it. Everything about this toilet works exactly as it should which, honestly, might be the highest praise you can give a toilet.

Excellent smart toilet. The design is modern and looks great in my bathroom. The ADA comfort height is perfect, and all the sensors for the lid and flush react quickly. Great value for the price compared to other brands. I only wish they would provide backup nuts and screws.

after a long renovation at my house, this is by far the best toilet money can ever buy, it does everything, heated seat, foam soap, garburator, pressure wash flush, auto up lid and down, auto up seat and down, kick open and close lid on the bottom right, led light for night, remote control, wash rear and front, it has the right pressure, doesn’t hurt. by far, this is superior over any toilets I owned, Now I’m going to buy another one for the basement toilet. Amazing quality !

I lived in Japan for almost 4 years and returning to the US, missed the wonderful bidets. After researching, I settled on the EPLO U8Max Smart Toilet Bidet and ordered two; a big purchase for never having seen or used them. I hoped for the best. They arrived promptly (I’m in CA, USA). They were packaged well, no damage, no missing parts. I wouldn’t say that the installation was completely straight forward, as the water valves in my home didn’t align, so be prepared for that possibility. It took some creative maneuvering on the part of my plumbers and an extra trip to the home goods store, but they got the job done. The floor mount seated well and the slightly unusual cinches actually worked just fine. A lot of care has gone into the design of these bidets. They come pre-programmed. After reading through the instruction manual several times, I saw that the operation of the bidet, with either the knob on the bidet itself, or the wall mounted control was intuitive, offers lots of personalized settings and is easy to use. I was in contact with the manufacturer over the initial pairing of one of the wall controls with the bidet and received prompt, courteous, efficient attention until the issue was resolved (they are the NICEST people) with follow-through and obvious concern for my satisfaction. For the most part, use of the toilet is almost touch-less, which I love. The seat and inner bowl are silver ion anti microbially infused so light wiping with mild, diluted soap is all it needs to stay sanitary. No brushes, no cleansers. There is a bowl pre-wash, a soapy foamy rinse, if needed, plenty of flush power, heated seat, air dryer, light, auto open and close, water saving features and a comfortable seat. It’s a tad higher than a standard US toilet, which I wanted. I like the looks of it and I would buy it again and be very happy with my purchase. I especially liked the customer service. Warm, helpful, courteous, immediate, thorough and informed.

The Eplo smart toilets has been my favorite upgrade to our house renovations. Worth every penny, solid build! Easy to install and each function works amazing. I'd give 10 stars if serves champaign lol 😆 Eplo's customer service team is also incredible with instant communication and very resourceful. One recommendation tonthose who are reading this is to imvest the extra money like I did for the function that uses UV light to clean the water. Since my install, I have never had any mold or mildew buildup anywhere within the toulet system that you would normally encounter with any standard toilet. My hat tips off to Eplo on a product well made.

The toilet is elegant and functional; the only thing missing is the deodoriser, which some high-end toilets have. The screws used to secure the toilet to the flange are a little too short, with minimal wiggle room. I had to go to the hardware store and get 5-inch screws to reach the plastic "catch" bolted to the flange. If your flange is not leveled with the floor (tiles on top of the subfloor) you will need to raise the flange or use two #10 wax rings. Customer service answered me on a Sunday evening, around 6 PM via Watsapp. What a pleasant surprise. I lost a piece down the drain, and they replaced it at no charge. The autoflush is sometimes "too fast, to flush," so you need to be faster after doing your business. Overall, I would buy this Eplo Toilet again.
