Epicurean Cutting Surfaces® resist staining and cracking, and are heat resistant up to 350°. Manufactured in the USA, they are dishwasher safe . Reversible, this board is designed with a juice trough on one side and a flat side surface on the other side.

This is the 3rd one we're buying, we've had our other two for years. The hole is nice since we can hang it on our pot hanging rack over the sink to try. The juice groove works well too. Easy to clean and handle.

I now own three Epicurean cutting boards in different sizes and they all get used regularly. These are great cutting boards—I no longer worry about wood splitting or drying out. Yes, these are a bit more expensive than other boards, but in my opinion worth the investment.

The cutting board is very well made and the size is perfect(14.5-Inch by 11.25-Inch). It was shipped out in a timely fashion and arrived on time. I thought it was misdelivered but had forgotten that I had grabbed the package, set it aside where it got covered up, and found it a couple of weeks later. When I first contacted their customer service to complain about it not being delivered, I was treated respectfully and professionally and they promptly started the paperwork for a delivery investigation with the USPS. The cutting board is nice. This is my third Epicurean cutting board so far. However, the packaging was really poor. No packaging at all but only the carrier’s thin plastic bag. The corner was cracked seriously so I got it replaced. I receive the replacement by another carrier one week later. However, the board cracked again. The packaging was just a paper bag without box nor even bubbles AGAIN!! ... show more

Love the channel along the edges to collect meat juices. Overall, it has performed as advertised. However, it did have a chemical smell when it first arrived. This went away after 3 washes in the dishwasher.
