After a bit of trouble getting the old, hazy assemblies off due to rust and caked on dirt on the metals sliders, these fit well and looked good. Cautionary tales: remove the orange bulbs from the old ones first to put in the new ones, as they don't come with those. Also, after installing them, tweak them by shining each setting on a building from a good 20-30 ft away in dusk. You'll have to do this to ensure maximum shine where it counts. Excellent product overall. I would use a yearly headlight coating protectant to keep these clear in the future. ... show more

    • Great improvement from old Hazey headlights
Installing was not too difficult. I wound up taking the adjustment screws from the old/hazy headlights, so the alignment should be same as before. The new lights worked great and what a difference on night driving. One drawback seemed to be the the beam did have some spots where the light was partially blocked by some parts of the new lights structure and had some "shadows" at the edges of the beams, but still 100% improvement from the light from the old/hazy lights. Much better lighting. The supplied bulb was good but I upgraded the bulb to a halogen type bulb. ... show more

    • No More Leaky Headlight
Replaced my old headlights after I couldn't get one of the old ones to stop leaking. These are nice and cheap, so I went ahead and got this set instead of just one from another vendor. They were easy to install myself. However, now that it's a year or two later, I can report that they're already starting to get a bit of haze and condensation. Make the car look new. Aiming is key though. Without Aiming they were set shine on the road, so maybe you got 50' of visibility. At max setting, they rival high beams. So I set it 60-70% up, almost as good as HIDs. One of the mounting brackets had a bit of play, I think reusing the OEM screws helped, it had a better thread pitch. If not, there are very thin metal shims that can take up the stripped boss so the screws that come with it can work. I don't want to to take off a star because otherwise it is very good. These look great and work great. Installation wasn't very easy but mainly because the old hardware on my vehicle was being difficult. I will have to remove them again tomorrow to adjust them. They came with bulbs which saved me a few bucks. There was an issue with my credit card when I purchased them. It was declined for some reason so the order was cancelled by Amazon. I reentered the number and reordered. Two items then arrived at my house and my card was charged twice. I just requested a return authorization for the one and am awaiting a response.     • Bargain and prefect fit
Old headlights were yellowed inside and out beyond polishing. By cross referencing the part # on the old headlights on my 2008 Southwind motorhome on Ford chassis I found this perfect replacement. The only problem was they didn't come with new mounting clips. While taking old headlights from the RV mounting bracket the clips that hold it are spring metal and several broke off. But, I was able to twist some small wire across the old clips to ensure they don't come apart. RV dealer said they sell the whole assembly with headlights, brackets and clips for $150 EACH. Lens are very similar to OEM with one difference another reviewer noted, the mounting brackets are attached with Phillips headed screws versus the oem torx. The adjusting screws were also shorter than the OEM, most notably on the horizontal adjustment. This was almost too short in the final adjustment. The actual light pattern wasn’t the classic pattern you see in adjusting videos, but I can’t say that’s different than the OEM lens. Mine came with headlight bulbs; Au-lite HB5 9007. I chose not to use them simply because I had already purchased some new Sylvania bulbs. ... show more
