The tent was super easy to put together and it only took me 20 minutes, the reason why I only gave 4 stars is because the poles don't line up with the seams so it looks a little wonky, it also won't pull down all of the way so you can see a little of the matress on the outside of the tent. It also gets a little warm in there with all of the windows closed so I installed a small fan to help circulate the air a little better.

My 8 year old has a hard time sleeping in her bed. We co-slept so it’s my fault but the past several years I’ve been trying to get her to sleep in her own bed but it’s a nightly struggle to keep her in there. I’ve tried many things to help her feel comfortable to be in her bed alone but nothing works for long. This bed tent has been a god sent so far! She absolutely loves it. It’s bulky and takes up a lot of space as it’s so tall but I’d say it’s worth it— they’re only kids once.

Overall, I’m very pleased with this item. It provides some privacy for my son. He loves having a little playhouse on his bed. Now for my gripes…the instructions are very unclear and the tent poles are not properly labeled. One pole was labeled and the other 3 were not. Then the tent poles were way too long to fit inside the bed frame. I ended up just having the take the bottom 2 tent poles out. I’ll probably use a pipe cutter to shorten them but for now it stands and serves its purpose. For the price this was definitely a win for us. Having 3 doors is very convenient.

This was a little challenging to set up by myself but once up, the kiddos love it the older one is on bottom bunk and he'd wall it off with blankets to make a fort and the little one on top bunk wanted to be able to do that too This is perfect now i have to try to find one to fit in the bottom bunk because the older one is jealous of the screens :)
