It is a simple heat press and does what we need it to do. There are so many choices for a heat press things can be confusing. When reading reviews you have to take some with a grain of salt. As with any electronic item there are always a few bad ones out there. I've had this heat press since July 2016 and so far so good. So far so great! I love this press. I have had it for a few weeks now and have used it multiple times. My only problem is in the locked position it is kind of hard to get unlocked and hurt my self trying to open it. Once you get use to opening it you will love it. Great bargain for your money. I have made multiple shirts with it. I also like the fact that I can plug it into a reg outline. It take a few minutes to heat up. I did not have to do a burn off as mine did not have a smell to it at all when first turned on. The yellow is a bright yellow as pictured. It is also very easy to use. ... show more

This heat press is very industrial and works great. I am able to quickly creat shirts and they always come out perfect every time. This has made our heat transfer life so much less complicated. Heats up and cools down quick. never damages or discolors any shirts or designs. *I'd recomend firing it up outside at max temperature for 30 minutes prior to bringing in your home because it initially stinks during the first use. ... show more

    • I dont like how the bars at the bottom of the presser ...
I dont like how the bars at the bottom of the presser prevents from pulling garment all the way over plate and bottom plate is rubber so its not as durable but its a good starter for me.
