So far so great! I love this press. I have had it for a few weeks now and have used it multiple times. My only problem is in the locked position it is kind of hard to get unlocked and hurt my self trying to open it. Once you get use to opening it you will love it. Great bargain for your money. I have made multiple shirts with it. I also like the fact that I can plug it into a reg outline. It take a few minutes to heat up. I did not have to do a burn off as mine did not have a smell to it at all when first turned on. The yellow is a bright yellow as pictured. It is also very easy to use. ... show more

Contrary to some of the negative reviews I have read regarding this particular product, I actually had a good experience. Product shipped and arrived on-time, as promised. No issues with shipping--was able to track shipment the entire time online. Product arrived brand-new, un-used, and un-damaged. There was no issues with this heat press what-so-ever. Instructions were simple and to the point. Easily understandable. Platen got to every temperature correctly (I tested). Timer worked efficiently. Did not begin "smoking" when I initially powered on, nor did it "burn out", or blow a fuse in the circuit breaker. I have used many heat presses in the past and this is one of the best I have used in a while. It is very sturdy, durable and easy to use. The only thing I don't care for is the handle is very difficult to lift after the timer runs out on a project. Other than that so far so good.

It is a simple heat press and does what we need it to do. There are so many choices for a heat press things can be confusing. When reading reviews you have to take some with a grain of salt. As with any electronic item there are always a few bad ones out there. I've had this heat press since July 2016 and so far so good.
