this don't come with good instruction as to operate . and don't work the way it should as the direction or somewhat direction say , I wish I would of research this machine more as it is not user friendly AT all to change to mug press or hat press is a pain in the u know , not as simple as it could be , the reset button is just nothing . and you push the same button 3 times and still don't know what the setting of the temp or time setting is . Very confusing machine , if I tried it out as soon as I got it I would beg for my money returned . swinging arm out to the side it can tip over if not screwed down , so if you have kids around it while on please please screw it to something stable . connecting cord to machine is also a pain , Hat press is okay but not wide enough and to long on most hats , mug press could be longer so you could get more use out of it such as use on tumblers, wouldn't recommend this heat press somethings sound good for the price but one is not it . I thought I was getting a deal, but it doesn't come with instructions, and the mug inserts do not fit right. Its very confusing on how to set the temperature and the time, also takes over 5 minutes to heat up. Had this over a month now, use it about every 2 days, still stinks when I use it, doesn’t hold temperature, can’t set the timer, have to use my phone. The one shown in the videos and pictures is not the same one you get for the timer and heat buttons. There is not button you press to start the timer. ... show more

Received everything shown. All the extra attachments, mugs, hats, plates,. True to the online description. Wish i would of went with a bundle deal, but didn't realize they were available until i had already placed my order. We are pleased with the product, no complaints.

    • works good but the t-shirt platen stops funcitonign after 8 months
we purchased this unt on January 22 2020 and was really satisfied with it. It worked like a charm, heated up rapidly and all units worked nicely. However yesterday for some reason the t-shirt Press Platen started malfunctioning wheer the overload protector would pop constantly. I used the attachements for the cap and plates and Mug they would work fine . Jut the T-Shirt platen is the one giving us the problem. Wou.ld be nice if we could purchase that unit separatly ... show more
