This chair is absolutely amazing. Now, the delivery comes in two separate boxes and not at the same time. Dont panic. Super easy to install the backrest portion to the base. At first the chair is a little on the firm side of being comfortable however after a week of using it the chair softens. The remote for chair functions is awesome. It truly does massage and heat up nicely. An incredible purchase at an amazing price! Compared to brick and mortar stores that are double or triple the price it's a no brainer. You will absolutely love this chair. I do have to give a strong shout out to the companies customer service team. They are so friendly and professional that I will put them at the top of best companies thus far. When I received the 1st box the next day Amazon showed delivery completed. I panicked. We bought this recliner for my 68 aged mom to replace her hard wooden chair, and it has truly become her favorite spot for everything. The fabric is super soft, thick, and has a really nice quality feel. It looks totally smooth in the photos, but it doesn't slip at all when you sit on it—super warm and cozy. There's a built-in lumbar pillow that gives great support, and my mom has been using it for 4-5 hours every day lately! We were worried the triple motors would be complicated, but they've been a game-changer for her neck pain. The independent headrest adjustment means she can position it perfectly for reading or napping. She recently mentioned, "My neck doesn't ache when I finish the newspaper anymore"—that alone made it worth it. The 2-year warranty gives us peace of mind. Best of all, Mom has regained independence. She spends more time in the living room. She even loves the cup holders! If you're buying for an older family member who struggles with comfort, this chair is it. It's "fancy" in all the right ways. Love this chair. Very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Great price. Reclines flat and the heat is a plus. The massage mode is more of a gentle tapping and is a little noisy in the leg and thigh sections.

some of the reviews stated the seating area is firm...it is, however most recliners have a breakin period and soften in about 2 months from use...I am 5'9 and the chair hits me perfect from lumbar to knees and elsewhere. my wife is 5'4 and from the lumbar to her knees is longer so her knees dont bend to allow her feet to hit the floor. otherwise both of us love the way the controls allow any foot, back, and head positioning as this is not a zero gravity that keeps the body bent in the waist and curved at the knees. it does go negative at the head and feet elevated above the rest of the body if you want. the massage is vibration only, not shiatsu rollers, a disappointment,. but not at this price point. the heat is lumber only and takes about 5 minutes to get to the hottest, and works well. the recliner controls are on the right side and take some getting use to, and the massage controls are on a handheld cord and are easy to understand and are straight forward. this is heavy, arrives in 2 boxes and you need help to assemble it, it is easy, just heavy and big.....this is a well built recliner, better than lazy or catnap for a song and a dance. the only negative i can comment on is the possible returning of the item which has cost and transport as obstacles, but we are not returning it so for us, it moot.

This arrives in 2 separate packages. The base is heavy. However it was a breeze to unpack and setup. The quality of the recliner is better than the recliner it’s replacing. It does go practically flat and is extremely comfortable with back support. I’m 5’8” and my feet don’t hang off when it’s extended. It looks fantastic in my bedroom and has been beneficial for recovery from shoulder surgery. I had the best sleep since surgery once this arrived. The heat is mild but noticeable and the massage is more of a shaking motion and loud.

I bought this chair to sleep in. I did see reviews describing the chair as firm, but those were all the leather version. I posted a question to ask if the cloth version was softer, but the responses I got missed the point. I liked the features this chair offered, so I took a chance that the cloth version would be softer. It's not. Now I don't know what to do. I can't sleep in this chair, and the box it came in is gone so I can't send it back. It is nice looking, but I need to be able to sink into it.

We ordered 2 chairs and each chair shipped in 2 large boxes. The heavier ones with the base weighed over 100 lbs each and Fedex struggled to deliver them. There was a lot of box damage but inside, the chairs were fine. I managed to put them together myself, but 2 people would be easier. That said, the chair is fantastic. Solidly built and very comfortable. Multiple options for the massage and for chair positioning. So much better than basic manual-operated recliners we had previously. Only criticisms are the cup holders are not built for coffee cups with handles, and it would be nice if the chair positioning was on the remote also instead of just on the side of the chair.
