The website or app needed to make this printer work says it’s not available. Tried to download on iPhone and android. So basically the product is useless. When you scan the QR codes that come with the product it brings you to a bathroom vanity on Lowe’s website and a car parts for a Ford online. Major scam product! Thanks for ruining my kids Christmas present!

Cannot create a user account, so I basically can't use the printer with my daughter on Christmas for her present. update: you can do it manually from the computer, so you don't need an account, but it would have made it much easier. Can't created an account on my iphone, on her iphone, with my email, with her email, nor on my computer through their site vs their app. Very sad and annoying
