I was worried when I first started. It didn’t seem to be sturdy and the instructions was not clear when I first started. After I start getting familiar to all the parts, I was worried about the wood chucks not being leveled so I brought some wood glue to make sure they don’t shift are come a loose. The holes in the pieces was not well defined, but once I start getting to the end. I noticed the instructions was not for a fireplace but for a shelf to go in the center. I had planned to put this in another room but it was too long for the wall. So, I put it in one of my bedrooms and changed the furniture around. It’s a beautiful piece upon completion. I didn’t think it would be sturdy at first but it is. I love this piece. ... show more
