DO NOT BUY DTF PRINTER
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been in the DTF printing business for 3 years and this is by far the worst printer. It has had issues off an on from the start but now hasn’t worked at all in 2 months. The seller is not helpful, they will ignore your messages until you contact Amazon then they will respond and send you to talk on WhatsApp with a tech. The tech sends a video and says “this will fix it” but it doesn’t. Then tell you to buy parts I’ve spent about $500 in parts and still doesn’t works. They had 6 month warranty on the product page but that is a lie. I’ve requested a return / refund. This product is TRASH.
