These things are a money scam! I spent over $2,000. Printed fine for 4 months and then what I thought was the print head gone bad ended up being the motherboard. After a little bit of troubleshooting with the company they informed I needed to replace the motherboard. I basically begged them to send me one and they never responded! I’ve sent multiple messages over multiple days and they read it and ignore it! Do not buy this product. I received this printer a couple weeks ago and have loved it since! It was a little difficult setting it up, but I am very new to DTF printing. However customer service was AMAZING! They helped set my printer up remotely and have helped me with any problems or questions I have had!

The media could not be loaded. The reviews on DTF printer page is not just for the printer. It looks like 4 stars but it’s not. These reviews are for many different products please beware! I’ve had 3 printers this one is complete garbage and has been from about 1 month of owning it. Everytime I reach out for assistance I get no help. After writing a poor review they finally sent a print head and told me to buy another part to fix my issue. I’ve now installed both new parts and the printer still doesn’t work!! I’ve requested a return / refund. Buy a different brand but don’t buy this one. I’ve been in DTF business for 3 years. This one is no good. Tech support / customer service totally ghost me every time I ask for the new print head that’s promised in the warranty they will send a video to tell me what to do and when I do the exact steps nothing changes. Printer is just sitting saying no ink but it’s full of ink. ... show more

    • Was nice until it just stopped turning on!!
This machine was great until it wasn't! The software is hard to setup but the customer support was a big help with that so that was a plus. The machine was working fine and then it just wouldn’t turn on. The back red switch illuminates, but there is no noise and appears to be no power to the front any longer. I’ve reached out for support and have not got a solid solution to fixing it yet. $2,000 is too much money for something that only creates a few prints then just stops working. Really hoping to get my machine up and running again soon and if I do I will update. The prints it did make were very nice, but now I’m just sick thinking this machine no longer works. ... show more

I hate this printer.. have had nothing but issues with it printing since I purchased 6 months ago... have been working with them to fix this last time for over 2 wks now & still can't print. Purchased ext warranty & keep asking to return for a refund... still haven't gotten anywhere.. waste of money. Very disappointed!!! ... show more

    • A very good starter printer
Ive done sublimation, htv, regular ahesive vinyl, but none of them were as satisfying as dtf. The ability to print on any fabric no matter how dark the color is amazing. Setting up the printer itself wasnt hard. Add the ink to the reservoirs, draw the ink into the cartridges (yes even the eco tanks have reusable cartridges) and install the roll of film. The issue was the software. It gave me issues beyonf belief. When my personal laptop was the only one who accepted the software the printer ran beautifully after downloading the drivers from a different source than the usb dongle and finding a icc file that gave amazing color from a different source as well. Was it truly worth what i spent? Not quite. The price is $300 dollars higher than i think it should be for the hassles i had but i got everything working before resorting to using their technicians which were very willing to help to solve my issues if i decided i needed to. I do have them on stand by if any issues arises. So far other than initial troubles none. 1-2 print head cleanings depending how long i go between uses is all i need to print smoothly. La impresora imprime muy bien y las imágenes quedan bastante bien. Tuve la Procolored (lo cual fue un dolor de cabeza), termine tirándola a la basura. Con esta impresora gracias a Dios no he tenido ningún problema. Sin embargo, el hornito me decepcionó algo. He intentado con varias temperaturas y tiempo, pero por alguna razón la tinta se cuartea. No creo que sea la calidad de la tinta ni de la impresora, ya que cuando las coloco debajo de mi prensa de calor para derretir el transfer powder funciona bien, pero con el horno no. Es algo raro que aún no he descubierto que sucede. Bueno, espero que mi comentario les ayude si están buscando las opciones de un DTF Printer. Recomiendo el printer a base de mi experiencia, ya que he utilizado dos marcas diferentes y la verdad tiene un precio mucho más accesible con prácticamente la misma función y calidad de imagen. 👍🏻 ... show more
