Now, steaming the hemmed borders that need help laying flat is a breeze ( before trying this product, I used my large iron that was heavy & unwieldy for the task). Doesn’t hold much water so you can only do about 3 garments before you have to refill. It does give you a buzzing warning that it’s running out. There is no mechanism to give a burst of steam for hard to treat areas. It gets the job done

First off, this thing is a piece of garbage that doesn’t work. It just spits out water everywhere. Even after following the very poorly written instructions in broken English, it did not do the job. The concept of a rotating front wouldn’t be so bad if there was a way to safely do it. You would have to either rotate it before it heated up or you have to grab a hot iron to do it. Obviously they warn against this but still, what a bad and unsafe design. I should have checked right away but it slipped my mind until I realized how much of a piece of junk this was. The “safety” agencies listed and the ratings are a joke. They talk about how the product has FCC, oh great so it won’t interfere with my other devices, basically testing electromagnetic radiation which sorry as a consumer you probably don’t even know that exists. That’s not safety by the way. Then you have Rohs, the European hazardous material standard? Who gives a crap about that, not safety that the average person cares about and rohs is a joke, you just need to declare you don’t have certain hazardous materials in your product. And then CE, the only one resembling a safety agency, still isn’t anything!! Look it up, CE is basically just saying the manufacturer or importer affirms the goods conformity with European health, safety, and environmental protection standards. It is not a quality indicator or a certification mark. What you’re looking for in electrical product is UL, ETL, CSA, TUV, etc., the rest of those listings are not comparable and not a testing program. So in short this product has NO REAL SAFETY RATINGS AND SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD IN THE US. If you have this device you should immediately stop using it and return it to Amazon, and by the way let Amazon know that someone needs to do a better job regulating what cheap foreign products gets sold on this site. This isn’t Wish or Temu or another overseas importer. The average consumer might not know about any of this and it’s a shame Amazon is allowing it to be sold.
