This is by far the best little pen engraver , it has torque , long run time , works really well , others I've tried were weak ,stalling at the slightest pressure....This one is the working pen , get two !

    • 15min of use and it’s dead

The only thing this was good for was learning that I like engraving. It lasted approximately 15min engraving a mirror. I was able to almost finish a small project, the battery died mid way through touch ups. Once the battery died it did not recharge, I tried other batteries in there and it wasn’t the same, I had to press the button on and off 3 or 4 times to get it to turn on and it wasn’t as powerful. So it was essentially useless after 15min of use. The tip I used is also shot, I expect to have to change out tips but not after one small project. I’m less upset about the tip wearing down so fast as I am about the lack of ability to recharge the battery and use it again. It’s also quite loud while in use but I expected that. It was fast when it worked. If you literally just want to try it out before committing to the hobby and buying a better tool then it’s a good value but if you want to use it for literally anything then don’t bother ... show more
