Bought this because I needed a rechargeable flashlight for multiple day camping. It held a charge well and didn't need recharging during the 2 night camp. It is BRIGHT AF. I know it's only 1000 lumens, but it did it's job well. A bonus is that you can also use it as a power bank. I didn't know that. It has some nice weight on it and durable. What I would have liked to see is that most of today's "other brands" use USB C charging ports, this only uses micro. Not a big deal. ... show more

When I ordered this flashlight, I neglected to read the dimensions carefully (my own fault). When the flashlight came in, it was a lot larger than I was expecting. But it has turned out to be a very useful and durable flashlight. It has two levels of brightness. The first level is super bright and you will not have any problems seeing practically anything around you. The second level is more subtle and would be useful in situations where you don't really need to light up an entire room. (I can assure you that the first level will indeed light up a room.) The flashlight itself is easy to charge, and although it is a bit on the heavy side, it is very portable. I keep it in my work truck and it has been extremely useful on numerous occasions. I'm quite happy with the flashlight. Even the low setting is bright enough for all in-house uses. Using the high setting is perfect for night use outdoors. It is quite sturdy. While not as bright as my son's police flashlight, I don't need that level of brightness. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there was only a very brief instruction sheet included. It didn't include charging info, or how to access the strobe feature. I thought the strobe didn't work until I discovered you needed to hold in the button in for about 3 seconds to access the strobe. ... show more

I’ve had this flashlight for about 6 months and like it. It is big, much bigger than the little cheap “tactical” lights and I like it. It has an easy to use back button: high, low, off = simple. The beam is a wide spread beam great for the back yard as it will light up the whole back yard. The color is a nice neutral white which is much better than most lights. It seams much brighter than most my lights so I end up using it on low and it is still better than most. If you have had your share of cheap lights, you will like this. I’ve used these for a couple months now. One has been abused at work in steam tunnels. Even on high for a couple hours, never went dead. I charge at end of my shift. Great Jean and brightness for the average Joe.

    • The WORST Customer Service I've Ever Encountered!
If you have any issues with this unit--you can forget about getting assistance or even an acknowledgment of your problem! The unit arrives fully charged. I stored it in its original box. When it ran out of "juice" (FYI the charge lasted quite a long time) I looked in its box and there was no USB charging cord! I have reached out to both Amazon and the Energizer customer service department and to date haven't heard from either of them!!! All I need is the USB cord--at this point I'd purchase one myself though I want to be certain that I buy the right one None of the charging cords that I have around the house fit into this flashlight I am beyond frustrated!!! The only advice I can offer is to purchase ANY OTHER BRAND! AVOID ENERGIZER and ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS! ... show more
