There’s a waterproof casing within the outer cover, and a zipper on two sides only, making the outer cover easy to remove, wash, and put on again. The dog egg crate foam is soft, but difficult to clean. Stains easily. The water proof lining is very poor quality. The stitching frayed away from the zipper the first washing. Overall the cover is definitely the best part. The warm side is very soft, the cool side is good. Not sure how cool it actually is, but my dog sleeps fine on it. The cover is easy to clean and so far has held up to 2 washings. Unfortunately my pup has had a bad couple nights requiring major crate clean up. This is a great dog bed. Soft on one side for when it’s cold out and a little more cooler on the other side not so fluffy. It seems like it will be very easy to wash. And it’s not overly thick. I was surprised that it unfolded perfectly and went into the crate because it was wrapped so small With Vacuum packing that I thought it would be stuck in that shape for a while. It fits the crate very well. It is durable and the puppy seems to be very comfortable sleeping on it. I do place an inexpensive folded blanket over it to absorb any accidents. Thankfully he has not had any accidents but I keep the blanket in it just in case.

Our 12 week puppy chewed through this in less than 5 hours. Literally torn to shreds. It seemed like a fine product otherwise, but has 0 durability to it. Pretty disappointed it didn't even make a day. She's not even a particularly destructive puppy either.

Wanted to love this bed because it seemed the dogs didn’t want to chew it which was great. But now that one of the dogs has had an accident it went through all three pieces! Now I have to wash the cover the “waterproof” cover and the actually mattress itself! That’s not easy cleaning and I’m very upset about it! Paid almost 60 dollars times 2 because I bought two of them. And I’m pissed! Update! I attempted to wash the covers the stitching completely fell apart rendering this product now useless. Save your money buy a different dog bed. I bought this for my senior dogs. Now I have to go through the long process of returning it and waiting to get my money back before I can get them some more. Thanks for nothing! Second update! Seller was very cold to me but sent replacements for free and I hoped maybe it was a fluke and these would be great……. But no. My senior dogs have one accident and the entire FOAM mattress is soaked in pee. I tried to spray them off with the water hose and they still have pee everywhere it just spread it around! I’m so so so disappointed DO NOT BUY THIS. Fake reviews say this is a good buy and that’s a total lie. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PRODUCT AND SELLER! ... show more
