I measured my dog's crate and ordered according to the measurement yet the bed is too small (by 2"). The first thing my dog did was chew on a corner but it held. As to whether it is actually chew proof, we will see. The "warm" side is soft but the fabric is poor quality, the "cool" side is a sturdier fabric. The "waterproof" lining does not appear to be plastic/vinyl but rather a tent-like fabric. Overall I am disappointed and will not order another.

This leaves a lot to be desired. It is not cushy. Pretty stiff. I got suckered in by the cool side/hot side claim. The only difference I can tell is the hot side is fuzzy and the cool side is some kind of slick fabric.

Of course they wouldn't like the fancy Banana bed I brought them but they like this crinkly hollow mat. Instantly took to it. It was too late to return the banana but I force them in it to get my moneys worth.

It came looking like it was only going to expand to 1/2 inch, but next day was fully expanded I really like that the cover unzips on 2 sides! Very easy to remove and put back on.
