Likes: It's fast! Pretty LEDs. I didn't have to build it and test it. Free of bloatware. Securely packed and shipped with internal foam pack to keep the GPU in place during transport. This PC is amazing so far. Blazing fast CPU! Good deal! And responsive seller. The seller did not raise the computer prices even when there was shortage of the RTX 3080 GPU. I give them much respect for not inflating the prices when many other sellers were doing so. My configuration has The Ryzen 5950x processor , MSI RTX 3080 GPU and 64GB of RAM. The seller CUK Computer Upgrade King has great customer support because they have a live person to help you during business hours. I had to return other computers that I bought from them because of some of the components failed. They were very responsive and sent me a new computer because it was in the 30 day refund time frame. I could see them giving me support in the future if needed. I’ll update this review if there are any changes in their customer service. Update: Customer service is still good, however after my review they have raised the prices. I would compare other sellers in terms of prices. I’m not sure why the prices have gone up. I think it may be because of the high markups of the GPU prices. I hope this seller doesn’t follow other retailers and markup their Prices . ***Update Worked with Amazon for a replacement. Delivered within 2 days. The PC works fine, no issues with the video card. So far, worth the purchase! I’ve changed my review from one to four stars** Decided to purchase a high end PC since I didn’t want to do a build. The pc turns on, but I am unable to connect to my monitor. Tried using VGA and HDMI - no dice. The cable is fine, the monitor is fine (both connect to my other pc with no issues) I’m not sure how this could have been tested as it clearly appears to be a hardware issue. I’ve reached out to support and will update my review later. Was looking forward to gaming with the 2080 ti. Obviously disappointed ... show more

Very good for vr. Supports valve index no problem. A little loud when I start playing vr but that's normal I guess b/c the GPU starts running. I don't know jack sh!t about building a PC and this was a good choice for me b/c I could afford it. You pay for convenience. If you are savvy at making your own builds I would suggest doing that.from what I've been told you could build one with these specs for about a thousand dollars less. I could run GTA 5 on max settings with no shot of over clocking the PC. It barely makes a sound. It’s a beast. I can make music , while typing an essay, while playing a game on damn near max settings

When sending me the pc I notice a problem in the 2080ti video card, after I make a claim they send me a supposedly new one in a generic box, after trying it for a few days I notice that it also has problems.
