Really great bed frame! I bought this because I got a new queen sized mattress from a friend but couldn’t get the box spring to my house without renting a U-Haul and my friends suggested a platform bed frame! I absolutely love this frame. I have only slept on it for two nights so far but it is very sturdy. The spacing between the horizontal bars is smaller than some other platform bed frames so the mattress doesn’t sink into the frame at the edges of the bed at all. I also love how much room is under the bed. 18” allows a 20 gallon bin to fit underneath so I can store so much under the bed. I also feel like it’s the perfect height off the ground. It doesn’t feel too short like a 14”-16” tall frame does to me. Great value for the $60 I paid, friends have paid $100 for less quality. I also loved setting this up. There was one difficult part but it’s because you have to hold the nut on the back of a screw with a little wrench that is difficult to grip in the small areas that you are working. Other than that it was very easy to assemble and the instructions were very clear. The screws and nuts were sorted by type, separated, and labeled by what step they’re in in the instructions.

So far, so good. Assembly was easy, I put it together by myself, and it took about an hour. Attaching the screws to the bed with the nuts took the longest because it was hard to either tighten the nut because you have to hold the screw in place with the allen wrench, or tighten the screw and hold the nut in place. I only had the tools that came with the package, with better tools would have taken less time. Regardless, it was very easy to assemble. I have a 13 inch air mattress on top of it. If you do the math, the height of my bed is 29 inches, which is rather high. In the future, I will be mindful and purchase 6 or 8 inch mattress. Overall, it's not wobbly and supports my air mattress and myself well. I'd purchase it again, and highly recommend it.

It was packaged well. Comes with a little wrench too. I separated all the parts and played them out on the floor then followed the instructions. It does recommend going back over bolts to tighten when finished. So don’t worry too much about tightening as you assemble. Also the slats might need a rubber mallet or hammer with towel to protect the metal to tap them in place. I’m a 63 yo female with not a lot of strength and I found it pretty easy to assemble. I did have to drag the box in the house because it was really heavy. Or just unpack outside and bring pieces in separately (It came plastic wrapped with like pieces together). A stronger person probably could have put the slats in with no mallet. I liked that the slats weren’t loose fitting.
