I got this bedframe for my toddler when we needed to transition him from his crib to a big boy bed. I was looking for a low frame that doesn't require a box spring and we were going to attach this frame to the headboard of the crib. I think this frame was a great find and i'm very happy with the sturdiness and quality. It took me husband no more than 20 minutes to assemble. The only thing we were slightly disappointed of was that there are no additional holes and no hardware included to attach this frame to a headboard. My husband had to get creative to make it work. We paired the 6 inch frame with a 10 inch mattress - the whole bed sits low enough to the ground where my toddler can get in and out by himself, and he wont get injured if he was to accidentally roll off the bed in the middle of the night. Also, as an adult who gets to lay on this bed pretty often, i don't have any complains about the comfort or sturdiness of this frame. I am very happy that this bedframe (and the whole bed that we put together) ended up being budget friendly. ... show more

I used this as an insert for my queen size bed frame. Works great. Went together quite easily and I’m 63. The only thing I would say is, if you are not going to be assembling right way, check your hardware. When I finally went to opened the box, the hardware package had open and I ended up short 3 bolts. Once the frame was put together, I loved it. The packaging was pretty cool - such a compact way to pack/ship. But, when it came to putting the nut on the bolt - there was no way that tiny little toy wrench was going to work. It took Power Tools to do that part and the guy had to put some muscle into it. This fit perfectly in my King Size Bed Frame. When my original wood bedframe support failed I bought this and I did have to jimmy a piece of wood from my bed frame off but this metal frame fit perfectly inside it and I can still have my bed frame look.

I needed a lower bed frame because it was hard for me to get up on my mattress. This is just what I needed. It was easy to assemble and seems pretty sturdy. Only downside to having a low profile frame is that you can't store much underneath it. The assembly was simple, but tedious. I was surprised at how sturdy the structure held up two(2) people with no problem. The main negative is stubbing toes on the legs. This was a constant problem, even after know the legs are there. It would have helped if the mfr. included swimming pool noodles to wrap the legs. ... show more
