Good for the money, pretty plush but still supportive for the price. The springs are pretty thin and the padding could be thicker but as a spare guest bed it should last well enough and please most people. I don’t expect it would last if someone slept or sat on the edge often but pretty good, just as comfortable as my,pillow top costing six times the price.

So this bed is comfy IF you like super soft. It’s not memory foam but it is extremely soft. Too soft. Super bad for your back. It’s not bad at all for the price. Also, we got the queen which was the size of our old bed and it feels smaller. I wouldn’t buy again just because it’s too soft for us. But it’s not bad.

I bought this mattress 1 year ago and I don't like it. It's very uncomfortable. Terrible for my spine. When we sit in the corner of the bed it sinks. My husband moves a lot at night and the whole mattress moves a lot. I bought it online without knowing the mattress but I never buy it again without "testing" and feeling what the mattress is like in person. Finally after 1 year of suffering I was able to buy another mattress and I will have better nights.

We moved into a new place and I ordered this for myself, but it was much too soft for my liking. My teenager was in need of a new mattress anyway, so I gave it to him and he loves it. It is really soft and I like the hybrid make. It feels like it will hold up for a good amount of time. I know mattress comfort is completely subjective, but I would consider this soft-medium and not medium-firm. It expanded right upon opening. I had it sit out for about 6-8 hours before sleeping on it and it was most definitely at its full 12-inches by that time. For the price, I’d say it’s a great mattress if you like plush.

I have NEVER been so happy! I love this mattress! The economic cost is even MORE lovable. It came to my front door in a rectangular box, and although it was a little on the heavy side (for a lone female to lug), I managed ok. I have no boxspring or metal bed frame, just wooden slats as a support base that rest inside a wooden bed frame, so I was nervous about it fitting. No worries...it fit PERFECTLY. As to comfort? It is paradoxically soft yet firm at the same time. That is the best way I can describe it. I know mattress comfort is subjective to each individual; therefore I can only speak for myself: and “myself” is a very happy camper!!
