We moved into a new place and I ordered this for myself, but it was much too soft for my liking. My teenager was in need of a new mattress anyway, so I gave it to him and he loves it. It is really soft and I like the hybrid make. It feels like it will hold up for a good amount of time. I know mattress comfort is completely subjective, but I would consider this soft-medium and not medium-firm. It expanded right upon opening. I had it sit out for about 6-8 hours before sleeping on it and it was most definitely at its full 12-inches by that time. For the price, I’d say it’s a great mattress if you like plush.

I’ve had this mattress for 3 years now. It’s a good price for it to not last a long time. In the beginning it was wonderful. But after more wear and tear. When you sit on it you sink completely down. The side of my mattress is ripped at the stitch. The top layer of the mattress is loose. Not breathable, you get too hot to even have a blanket. Doesn’t support my back pain.

It's what you'd expect from a box mattress. Took about 12 hours til fully able to use. I got a 12 inch only got to 11 inches but that's not a big deal breaker or anything. It's a little softer then I thought, but i don't mind too much. I gave 4 stars because it's a box mattress and has it's flaws, but worth the price. I would purchase again in the future.

Good for the money, pretty plush but still supportive for the price. The springs are pretty thin and the padding could be thicker but as a spare guest bed it should last well enough and please most people. I don’t expect it would last if someone slept or sat on the edge often but pretty good, just as comfortable as my,pillow top costing six times the price.

This is my 2nd time ordering this mattress! I had my original one for over 3 years with no complaints!! It is SOFT but still so supportive! So comfortable. You literally will not want to get out of the bed. 10/10 recommend.

This mattress is so soft and comfortable. It feels like a hug when you lay down. I was extremely skeptical when I saw the low price but was persuaded by the reviews. I was leary of mattress in a box options in general. I’m so glad I took a chance! The only negative thing I can say is I wish the edges were sturdier. It makes getting on and off a little more difficult than a traditional mattress. I would still give this mattress more than 5 stars if I could!
