This set is junk. It came damaged so I already reached out once then when I started to put it together I realized it’s missing pieces so now I can’t even use it. Such a waste of money and time! Not happy at all!

    • Looks and feels nice for the price, but pain in the ass to assemble
I have blisters all over my hands as a result of screwing in every single screw into these pieces of furniture. Some of the holes do not line up well and it takes a lot of force to get them to stay put and screw the screws in. On my own, it took 5-6 hours to assemble all 6 pieces of furniture. Looks great now, but get someone to help you and/or do it in multiple settings because the A-wrench will wreck your hands with the amount of force it takes for all the screws to be secured. ... show more

Love this set and the orange cushions are as vibrant as I hoped they would be. Takes some effort to put together but well worth it and the tools are included. I didn't give it 5 stars yet because I want to see how it will hold up. We had an issue with a missing cloth insert for one of the tables but the company resolved the issue with us quickly. UPDATE, 9/18/22: Truly like this set but have downgraded it to 3 stars. The set has only been on our patio for 1 month and the cushions have already started to fade. Very disappointed. I sew and I have recovered a lot of outdoor furniture and have never had cushions fade this fast. Yes, I live in AZ where it does get hot but this past month has been monsoon rains so the sun hasn't even been out that much. Normally, I can get 3 seasons out of cushions before they fade; I won't even get one season out of these. Obviously not a good outdoor fabric. I hope the furniture holds up better than the cushions. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love the furniture but I didn’t get the right piece for the chair so I can only use one chair. I need one of the sides of the chairs replaced. I got three A1, and one A2. the couch has wrong arm as well can not use this set!!! How do u get in touch with the manufacturer? ... show more

Got this package when I was out of town. By the time I opened it the glass top is broken. very poor packing. As it is already beyond 30days, I cannot return, so I ought to keep it with me.     • Did not receive a cushion.
The set was nice but was missing a cushion. I requested a cushion to be sent but customer service said I would have to return whole set, for a replacement after I had already put furniture together. That was crazy, so now I'm stuck without a cushion.
