I had a bad experience with this product since the day I received it. I ordered the New Blue band and received the black one in the New Blue box. I tried to return it to get it replaced with the correct color and was told the item was non-returnable. Fine. The first time I used it, it worked for a few minutes, but after that it stopped working. I thought maybe I didn't charge it long enough so I plugged it in but it didn't charge. Update since my first review: I am pleased with the company for reaching out to try to get to the root cause of the issue with my product. After a couple of email communications, the company gave me a replacement which I received today. I plugged it in and it is charging. I have not used it yet, but will post additional updates once I do.

I've been seeing these around but so many are way over priced. Not gonna lie I was skeptical at first for this since it was lower than the more popular wristbands. But this works great for car/motion sickness! Takes some getting used to for the tingling in your wrist but eventually if you use it enough you won't notice it as much. Also for the holidays, Christmas shopping or shopping for me can get overwhelming with the crowds and the overstimulating surroundings, I often get nauseous when I'm in a tight space, walking around in constant circles, and focusing my eyes on multiple things at once. I tested it for supermarket syndrome, and it definitely helps with that too!

I have bought this product twice. As an anti-nausea tens unit it functioned perfectly. BUT. The first unit fell off my wrist at some point during our family trip to an amusement park because the fastener on the wrist band was completely ineffective. I ordered a second one because the first had worked well and one month after the return window had closed (two months after purchase), it stopped working. I looked up the company to see if there was customer service for troubleshooting and fixing it. No phone number or chat. Only an email. I tried communicating through that and have never heard back. It’s been two months. I have spent over $300 now on these items and the company does not care. Spend your money elsewhere. This isn’t worth it.

I suffer from chronic vertigo which makes me extremely nauseous. Until now I have taken prescription medication to ease the nausea. A friend of my wife's told her about this stimulator, so we decided to give it a shot. Honestly I was very skeptical because I have tried numerous things in the past without any luck. To my surprise this thing works!!! When I have an episode I put on my stimulator and set it to adjustment 2 and sit back and relax. The nausea goes away or it prevents it all together. I can even now play my virtual reality game system for a few hours where before I couldn't last 30 minutes!! So if you get motion sick or nauseous easily try it out, it works for me!!

I fully admit that I was quite skeptical when I ordered this device that it would be just a high priced gimmick. Thankfully, I have been pleasantly surprised by this and am grateful I gave it a chance. I have severe, often relentless nausea from multiple medical issues that is frequently resistant to even multiple prescription medications. While this does not usually alleviate the severe nausea all on its own, it is a substantial help and has reduced the amount of education that I take. It did fully control motion sickness on a bus ride, while playing on my cell phone, that always ends in nausea. I personally find that it works better with the optional conductive gel, but it still works acceptably without it. I personally feel it would be worth trying for anyone with frequent nausea or motion sickness.

I am taking chemo and decided to try his watch over the more expensive ones. I find that it is helping me! I do have to turn it up all the way to the 5th setting. I do feel the numbness in my fingers as its on and working. I get a little dizzy around the end of my chemo session and I turn it on and wear it till I get home and so far it has helped me not get dizzy or nausea. I had one chemo session without it and as soon as I got in the car and started driving, I felt like I was on a roller coaster and I had to close my eyes and hold real tightly on to something, it was bad. But now that I wear the watch, I haven't felt that since! I think its worth trying for the price, but I do believe you gotta use the strongest setting or it won't help.

I recently purchased this for my wife in hopes to alleviate her morning sickness. In short, she threw up while wearing the band. Now I just learned that the band cannot be returned because of hazardous material warning. I guess it’s only hazardous after it’s gets delivered to your house. I can’t seem to find a spot to contact the seller privately so I’m hoping we can address it here. I would like to use that $130 towards the $200 prescription medicine (after insurance).. to help her with her nausea. Who knows, maybe this one was defective or maybe it doesn’t work for all.. I just simply want a refund.
