Ordered two. One worked, the other didn't. After a giant pain getting them installed, now have to decide if I want to take a chance on replacing the dud. Even the one that worked seemed to have a mind of its own. It would run for awhile and then shut down, no matter where the thermostat was set. Eventually (5-10 minutes?) it would come back to life, but not exactly confidence-inspiring. Otherwise, I'd say it's pretty quiet. The remote is nice, easy to decipher and use.     • Works great, but not quiet enough.
So frustrated that this is not as quiet as I expected. We can not hear the tv well over the sound of AC. Otherwise, the unit works very well.

Received it plugged it in didn’t work.. called the place they said return it no questions asked they it was normal that these don’t work.. what a PITA.. like I don’t have time fir this mannnnnnn!
