I was looking for some cheap light stands for my video studio and these are fantastic for the price. At 2 for $30 I figured that it's a no-brainer. I was very impressed when they arrived. They go taller than most at 7ft and are plenty sturdy for my elderly LED panels that weigh a bit more than their contemporary counterparts. I will likely order more as some of my other stands are getting a little beat up. Oh, and I like the fact that they come with carry bags. I doubt that I will use the bags much as I tend to leave the stands set up, but it's nice to have them in case I need to take the show on the road - as it were.

The media could not be loaded. It’s a bit thinner than my original stand. I’m concerned about it being sturdy for the weight of my ring light. It’s a great product for any other use. My ring light is actually pretty big and for the stand I need it’s very expensive. This will do because it’s a extra on if it breaks. I broke my original one pulling the leg down. I pray that doesn’t happen again

They're not going to compare to a pro-quality stand, but they're also a fraction of the price. At this price, they're great. One note, the locks on the stem are tension clamps, not twist lock. May mean little to most people but it's worth a mention. Prob won't stand up to abuse, but if used properly they'll do a satisfying job.

I had recently bought an HPUSN soft box light kit used and the stands had suffered a little wear and tear so I purchased a set of Emart Stands and they work perfectly. They're thicker and heavier than the original stands I received and with a weight limit of eleven pounds, my softbox lights are very secure when I'm filming cooking content. I would by another set of these just to replace the ones on my other lights as well. Amazing product.

These are very light. You almost don't notice you're carrying them. They have a 3/4 inch mount at the top so you will be able to mount stuff on them very quickly. Stuff-like speed lights and mics will work very well with these stands. Mount a studio strobe light with a beauty dish or diffuser and they will start to bend. They won't break but you will see the metal bend so only use them with light stuff and you're good to go. The plastic tighteners at the extension joint feel and my guess is they will eventually break after long use so I feel they could have gone with metal here. Overall it is a useful product for the beginner.
