I bought this from my trailer and let me tell you what a life saver. My mattress is not horrible. Is brand new and came with the trailer, so not top-of-the-line but not worse to either. However, after a couple days of sleeping on it, my back would hurt, so I bought this mattress top And he made a world of difference. My back does not hurt anymore and I sleep very well on it. Let me tell you though when you first open it comes vacuum sealed so you do have to wait a couple days for it to expand. I however, slept on it because I didn’t want to sleep just on my current mattress since I already know I got back aches. And even though I slept on it three days after I opened it, it was still great and I had no back pain after a couple of days, the mattress had expanded to its fullness, and I highly recommend it. I bought a queen size and fit perfectly on my queen bed.

This topper improved my sleep and reduced my back pain from sleeping on a too-firm mattress. The only down side was that now my fitted sheets barely stay on because the mattress is now 3" thicker.

I was really nervous ordering this based on reviews where the person was given the product rather than actually purchasing it. I can say now….lucky people who were given the product!! I just love this topper!! It is firm. But that’s really good for your body. I’m 72 and have some minor back and hip problems and this topper is helping. It’s a very comfortable firm to me. My husband and I are both sleeping better which is what it’s all about!! Cooling? I can’t say it’s exactly cooling but with the vents and design, it doesn’t seem to hold the heat as badly. I sleep hot and I have not had an issue with being overly hot but not as cool as I would prefer either. My husband had some concern that he would sleep too cold and that has not been the case at all. Overall, this is a stellar addition to our bed. I can see us buying a new one every 18 months or so that we keep the same “feel” we have now. It probably will last much longer but it is foam which can breakdown over time and wear. We are more than pleased with this topper!!

I need a new mattress but will be moving in 6 months and changing up mattress sizes by then but not sure of the size. So I wanted a solution in the meantime. This mattress topper definitely helped with my back pain and overall aches and pains I had from my old sunken mattress. The only issue is that it does not stay put. Even with the built in straps and grippy bottom side (plus I even added extra straps to hold it in place) the topper shifts enough every night to where I have to fight the thing back into its normal position. It is a huge pain.

This mattress topper is way too firm - to the point where I think I would be just as comfortable sleeping on the floor. I was looking for a topper to help my daughter sleep and was excited to get this one. I felt like I read the reviews and based on the fact that the product claims to have a soft side and a hard side, I thought this would be a safe bet. I was wrong. I have never written reviews before, but thought it was important to write this one so that others can save their money. This product is too expensive to be that uncomfortable. Unfortunately, it is unboxed and no longer vacuum sealed, so I can’t imagine how I would possibly fold it up and get it to UPS for a return. I have reached out to customer service for the product, but have not heard back from them. Please save your money and buy a different topper (unless you prefer the feeling of hard floors - then this would be perfect for you). Edit - I did hear back from the company and they were very helpful in trying to make this right for me.
