My wife and I wanted to go from a queen-size to a king-size mattress. But our home is built in such a way that it's impossible to get a conventional king-size mattress up the stairs. We first got a split king-size box spring, so that problem was solved. Now we needed a mattress. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews. I was a little nervous about ordering this one, but the good reviews seemed legit. Two details helped sell me -- first, people reported that there was no unpleasant odor and, second, people reported that this mattress is very firm. I'm totally good with very firm -- if it's too firm one can always get a softer topper, but if it's too soft, well, you're stuck. The reviews were right on both counts. There was no unpleasant odor as this mattress "reinflated" over the course of a day. And yes, it's firm. At first I thought perhaps too firm, but over the next few nights after purchase it turned out to be just fine for us. We are both sleeping better than on our old mattress and I am completely satisfied with this purchase. It's an excellent deal for the money. I bought the extended warranty "just in case", but I really don't foresee needing it now. It seems like this mattress will hold up well over the medium- to long-term.

It's always at best an educated guess as to just what any particular firmness claim means, so I rolled the dice on this product based on the reviews -- after I realized that my existing Twin XL had worn out and was slumping, causing me back pain. This one feels just right and I sense that it's going to last me at least a few years. I like the option to flip it one way or another to try "soft" vs. "medium" firm. I went for "medium" and stopped right there, it's just right for me. Price is right, too. Speaking of price, watch for deals on this one. I just missed today's $50 coupon. Ouch!

This bed is awesome. Its storage freed up so much dead space from my closet and looks gorgeous. I don’t think it looks like how inexpensive it was to buy. I also bought new, lighter mattress which I recommend. I love how I can access the electric outlets behind my bed by reaching between mattress and board behind the pillows. The frame is super solid. Use a power drill to build this. I took 4 hours alone (I’m a 5’6” woman). It would have been so much faster if I had started with the drill, instead of using the tools they provided and doing things manually. If you’ve 2 people and a power drill, I think it’s going to take only an hour.

The mattress was ready within minutes after opening the vacuum sealed packaging. Did not have an odor, no issues. That being said…it is VERY FIRM, and I’m saying that as someone who likes a firm mattress. But it’s not my bed - it is for my sons room and he doesn’t care, he likes it, but when he jumps into bed it’s more like a thud.

This mattress is amazing. It has helped me sleep significantly better. No motion transfer when someone gets out of bed. Sooth pressure points. I have fibromyalgia and it’s always hard getting comfortable until now. Also plenty of space. Myself, my husband and our wild sleeping child can all sleep comfortably in this bed. For the price I think it’s and outstanding purchase.

I have always preferred a firm mattress. I have a very physical job as a dog walker. I walk between 30-50 miles per week. I do have occasional back pain and restless leg syndrome (RLS). So, I figured that maybe due to my job and just getting older, I should get a medium mattress. I have NEVER purchased a mattress online, but I am on a tight budget. After reading the reviews for this mattress, I decided to go for it. I ordered the 10 inch queen. I was drawn to this mattress because each side is a different firmness. I was hoping one side would be a good fit. We opened it in the morning and it was ready to be used that night. I slept on the less firm side first and found it to be too firm. Thinking I made an error on what side was what, I flipped it the next night. It was even MORE firm, so I had it right initially and flipped it back to the less firm side. This is NOT a Medium to Plush mattress!! It is a Firm to Very Firm mattress! I have been sleeping on it for a couple of weeks now. I love the cooling cover. My back aches are better. But I do find this mattress to be a little too firm. All in all, though, okay mattress for the price. I think it will last a while. *****If you are putting this bed on a platform or metal frame, you will need either a rubber mat or mattress baffles. This mattress is super slippery! My dog injured his foot when he jumped off the bed the first night. The mattress had slid about 4 inches, so he slammed his foot into the exposed metal frame not expecting it to be there ((it was in the middle of the night). Our prior mattress did not slide around like this one so it was unexpected.*****

I think i already wrote a review but this thing is so good im writing again. i've had it for a couple of months now. i work 12 hour shifts at the hospital, my fiancé works 10 hour shifts as a mechanic. we are both VERY picky sleepers. we've never had a mattress this good. first the cover thing for it feels amazing it's like a perfect mixture of soft and like a satin material. i have sensitive skin and i haven't had any issues from it and love it so much. make it so comfy. second the mattress is developed so perfectly. whoever created this deserves a raise and to be a billionaire. i've recommended this to so many people. usually i'm more of a firm mattress person but the soft side of this mattress is so nice and im in love. yes it makes it difficult to wake up at 4 in the morning to go to work but at least it's a good nights sleep. anyways if you read this far and take anything from this it's stop your searching and buy this mattress, you won't regret it. thank me later😉
