These fans are exactly as advertised and in my opinion are pretty quiet, especially on the lower speeds. They are not silent however. By nature a fan can't be silent. I highly recommend.

These work well but after a month of on and off they stopped running. I have these on the back of my bambu p1p to vent the enclosure. These are tied to home assistant so the fans only run while printing. They push a decent amount of air however I'll need to buy a new 40x40 fan for the dead one
