What a nice toilet! It calls for a 12"rough, which I had, and the clean water outlet from the wall has about 1/4"clearance from the toilet skirt (I was sweating bullets on that while installing). I had plumbers there to replace my broken toilet flange, which was from 1940 (when the house was built), and it was cemented into the house's cement pad. While they were there, I had them install the unit. They were reluctant as they experienced extreme hardships installing this type of unit. After 10 minutes, they were done, and happily stated that this was THE easiest one-piece they have ever installed. Local Jerry's (big chain hardware store) sells other popular brands of one-piece toilets starting at $800+, and they were interested in how this sub $300 unit would pan out. I'll be reporting my experience with them, and I hope they start selling this unit. Oh, forgot to state that it's so nice that this thing fills in like 5 seconds post-flush. Not that it's needed to discard large matter, but it's nice for mercy flushes and not have to stick around for 3 more minutes waiting for the tank to fill back up again before flushing again.
