Toilet seat hinge arrived broken off and seems to have proprietary fasteners. I realized this after I purchased a new seat. Attaching the flushing mechanism handle is kind of difficult due to the tight space inside the reservoir. Water level is still pretty low at it's highest, but I've heard that complaint about other newer toilets. It does look nice and actually takes up less space than the compact round bowl it replaced.

I bought this toilet to replace the old one, and I love this one. The flushing power is strong.It’s also much quieter than my old one. The seat height is just right, and the soft-close lid is a nice bonus. My husband said installation was simple and took less than an hour. It’s easy to clean and uses very little water. Overall, I definitely recommend it.
