This review is for 2 bidets by WLJBidet : model WLJ-O7L-1V (fixed controller on right side of seat) and model WLJ-O50ML (wireless remote that sits in a cradle on right side of seat). My old Brondell bidet died on me, so I purchased a new one form WLJBidet. I installed model WLJ-O7L-1V just over a month ago and am impressed with its performance and design. Installation was easy. I used the 3-way splitter from my first bidet since it was already attached, so I just had to remove the old bidet, connect the filtered hose for this bidet on the old one's splitter, and put the hose into the new bidet and plug it in. Total install took me around 5 minutes. It has more power than the 5-year-old Brondell it replaced (that one quit working), and more options as well, plus, it was less than half the price. After installing model WLJ-O7L-1V and being thoroughly satisfied, I picked up the WLJ-O50ML just ten days later. Structurally and functionally, they’re nearly identical—except the newer WLJ-O50ML swaps the fixed control panel for a remote that sits in a cradle. That small change adds a lot of convenience, especially when you want flexible access to settings. Installation was just as straightforward as the first model, and the quality feels consistent across both units. All the parts are exactly the same, so I just had to disconnect the hose going into the first seat and plug it into the new one. It took me 2 or 3 minutes to replace the old seat with the new one. Beyond the control upgrade or model WLJ-O50ML, both models offer the exact same impressive comfort features. The lighted toilet bowl is a subtle but helpful touch for nighttime use. The heated water and heated air dry functions each come with three temperature settings, which makes it easy to customize for comfort. I tested all three levels and found them responsive and consistent. It’s a noticeable upgrade from standard bidet seats, and the warmth adds a spa-like feel to the experience. Installation was straightforward, and the build quality feels solid. The remote is intuitive, and the cradle keeps it secure and accessible. If you’ve used the WLJ-O7L-1V, the WLJ-O50ML will feel familiar but with added flexibility and comfort. Overall, each model delivers the same reliability with a few thoughtful enhancements that make daily use more enjoyable. Definitely worth considering if you value convenience and comfort. For $30 extra, you can have the wireless remote, or save the $30 and have the wired controller. Either one is a great choice.

This is a great update from my non electric bidet. I wanted to have the warm water feature, as the cold water is a little shocking each time I used it. It's nice to have warm water (which I think cleans more efficiently cause the warmth breaks down debris better) and the heated seat is also nice to have. It was easy to install and looks very good quality in my bathroom. It has great strength if you need/want it, and you can pretty much customize every aspect of it.

Purchased this in anticipation of upcoming back surgery which will limit movement for a while. Overall, both my wife and I are quite pleased with the unit. Installation was pretty straight forward, and instructions were quite clear. There was a little difficulty getting the seat to snap into place within the mounting bracket, but I am always extra cautious when doing an installation. A couple of bumps with a rubber mallet did the trick. Getting the settings just right did take some time, and placement of your buttocks is important for proper cleaning. However, the water jet does a good job, and the heater provides a comfortable temperature. The bidet seat fits well on my toilet and looks great. The plastic top lid is a little lightweight, so I wouldn't recommend sitting on it, but the rest of the assembly seems quite sturdy. The only reason that I didn't give this 5 stars is that the remote control is fixed to the side of the seat. This makes adjustment and activation a little inconvenient, and I would have preferred a separate remote just for the convenience of access. Otherwise, this is a good unit.

This bidet is awesome. I have had mine for about a week now, although I have one major issue with it. I don't know why, but when you first click the button for your selected cleaning option, it sprays immediately straight out of the little area where the sprayer comes out before the sprayer even exits the little hidey hole it's in! So beware if you're not sitting all the way back, it'll spray up your back and get you wet. Edit: Hello!! I'm adding another bit to this review since the company reached out to me in order to help me resolve the issues I was having. The seat is significantly warmer on the new bidet and it no longer sprays up our backs. It seems that the initial bidet we had purchased may have been defective; however this company has gone above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. I absolutely LOVE this bidet now, it works solidly and has zero issues at all. The night light is such a perk to have for night-time potty sessions and the water is warmed perfectly, the seat being warm is also such an awesome perk!! Everyone who visits my home that gets to sit on it absolutely loves how warm it is and brags that I have a boujie home thanks to my warm toilet seat. Hahah!! I'm so very happy with this product and am so happy to have it in my home. If you were thinking of purchasing one of these for your home, I highly recommend it, The WLJBIDET Store is fantastic and I'm so happy we made our purchase with them, at just $219.99 this is a small price to pay for providing such a luxurious feeling to your bathroom time in your own home! This product was extremely disappointing—do not buy. The hardware is not compatible with standard U.S. toilets. I had to modify the mounting bracket just to make it fit, and even then, I needed to purchase additional hardware from Lowe’s to secure it properly. By the time I got everything working, the packaging was too large and the process too involved to realistically return it. On top of that, the nozzle is slightly misaligned, so it doesn’t even target the correct area. The overall design feels poorly made and inadequately tested. Customer service was also frustrating. When I reached out, they requested numerous photos documenting the installation process, which felt excessive. I also requested a partial refund due to the extra hardware I had to buy, but received no response. Overall, this is a poorly designed product with inadequate support. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.

Seems okay the quality is okay out of the box I purchased a metal T fitting in advance because I don’t like the idea of the plastic T that came with it to get brittle and break over time, went together alright the seat wouldn’t slide onto the track correctly almost sounds like your going to break it when sliding it on forcefully I loosened the screws as per instructions they are pretty much all the way backed off so we’ll see. Make sure you have a dedicated 15 amp circuit minimum for this bidet a 20A circuit will be better for more head room if you want to plug anything else in this thing draws 12.5amps and will make your lights flicker and over load a shared circuit the specs in the description were not specified for wattage just 120v luckily I’m an electrician and will run a new circuit but beware !
