Installing the Bejoan bidet was a breeze – it took me less than half an hour, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Once installed, its performance exceeded my expectations. This bidet toilet seat is perfect for my new apartment. I knew I needed a new toilet seat and this was so easy to install, which makes it renter friendly. The heated seats are a plus and makes it very comfortable. I’ve gotten so many compliments about this toilet seat because it’s very rare to see a bidet toilet here. The night light is a nice touch that allows me to see at night so I don’t have to turn on all of the lights. The water is warm and it also blows out warm air. There are so many features with a remote control, which can be placed right on the wall with the adhesive. I am extremely satisfied with this product and I look forward to any upgrades they may release in the future.

The media could not be loaded. The product is solid for the money. The pro are all the options. They just work like a half priced peice of equipment would work. The dryer is useless.. it hot enough. The water pressure is ok. The seat warmer is horrible it gets hot then cools right off. When I asked CS about this issue they said it is sopose to match the room temp. Why did I buy a heated seat then..the remote works good. The owner manual is a straight joke.. it tells you how to complete a task ie shutting on and off the deorizer (that I can't hear, which makes me think it isn't working. Or never did I should say.) My toto C5 makes noise when deorizing. So you don't know if the long beep is on or off. Who knows??? And don't get me started on the beeping!!! You can't stop it!! If this wasn't installed at my work then I would have returned it 100% just cause of the beeping. It beeps when I sit on it and beeps when I get up. I know when I'm sitting on the toilet and when im getting up. Uggggh so annoying. If you have OCD in any way don't get this due to the beeping that can't be turned off. Spend the extra 50 to 75 dollars and you will get a much better built product. One that the seat remains hot thru your BM. Ugh UPDATE AFTER 2 WEEKS -- you can not turn off the beep. The water is hit all.the wat thru, but what the seat thinks is hot is debatable. My toto C5 is much hotter. The dryer on the C5 is much hotter. This seat gets hotter on the second drying run. It's ok. UPDATE AFTER 3 MONTHS--- Still is working like the day I bought it. The seat could be a little warmer. If you ate buying this seat for the heated seat then pass on this one. The seat does not get very hot at all. My toto is 50x hotter than this model when It is on high. The water stays hot throughout the whole time. The dryer is very cold even on the hottest setting. I did give it one more star jus5 cause I feel like for 150 it isn't that bad of a purchase. The heated seat and the pressure of the water is the 2 most disappointing things about this unit. Other than those it is pretty decent

first of all, I've never used one of these or heard of it and I'm so glad that I tried one. It gives me a very clean feeling after each use. I like how you can adjust the temperatures (4 levels) and pressures of the seat with and water, position of the sprayer for the front and back areas including a spa massage feeling. you never have to keep using tissue making you not feel clean. it's very gentle giving you a better hygiene quality; you can select everything using a remote control for males, children and females. You can also use a four level dryer, it has a night light which can be turned off if you want. the seat closes slowly without any loud noise. The nozzle is self cleaning after each use and it prewets the toilet before each use making it easier to clean. I love this bidet
