The older I get, the more I get a neck sunburn. After several loved ones and myself had close calls with skin cancer, it was time for better face protection. Too often the SPF drips into my eyes during heavy sweating. This cap is lightweight, has a foldable bill for sticking in a pocket, and has snap on extras to add or take off protection. The ear/neck flap is great; I can work out in the yard, snap the protection off when in the shade or going to a home improvement store, and snap back on when in the sun. HIGHLY recommended.

decent quality. The snaps unsnap a little more easily than I'd like but it does the job just fine so long as you don't keep getting the cape snagged on branches while mowing under trees

the hat is folable and for me that I like to ride my ebike on the bycicle path on the beach the hat and the front and back covers are detachables and gives me extra protection from the Southern California sun,is well ventilated , I really like this hat

The hat with neck and face shields does the job. Lightweight and breathable fabric help to keep you comfortable. Easily adjustable to fit head. The face and neck shields provide protection against the sun and little flying kritters. Also the extended visor helps keep the sun out of eyes while working in the yard. However the nylon/plastic snaps that connect the shields to the hat do not hold fast. A slight tug such as turning one’s head can disconnect the shield from the hat.
