The media could not be loaded. This was one of the best purchases I have ever made for my home. I wish I has this toilet in every bathroom. The install was easy and straightforward. The low profile is perfect for the space and the design is modern, yet simple and compliments my bathroom perfectly. I love the multiple features and the adjustable functions. This toilet is great. Easy to figure out. Walking into the bathroom, it opens for you, has a warm seat ready, warm water to wash off and a warm dryer. Will shut on its own after you leave. Only downside is that when you use the dry, it automatically flushes causing a lot of overspray from the dirty toilet bowl. It’s gross that dirty toilet bowl water is spraying up on you. There’s no way to disable it. I don’t use the dry function currently and dry with a clean towel or toilet paper.

Not crazy about the look of this smart toilet. It’s pain to install due to special angle valve… it costs me 2 plumbers and 1 tile/ drywall repair.. But customer service is above and beyond👏

The first one came with the bowl broken the second one was kind of a let down because it didn’t function but customer support had me a new one in a few days now I have zero complaints the force this things cleans your bottom has the lady’s licking down there like you wouldn’t believe and then once you’re done really working her over it’s cleans them up nice and they say it’s quite relaxing I would say it’s a real crowd pleaser

From the first day the toilet didn’t flush. It would take 3-4 flushes to get the waste gone. I thought it may have been my water pressure until the remote quit working less than 3 weeks in. Replaced the toilet and new one flushes everything quickly.
