I would like to start and say this is an amazing screen the Cinema 3D material makes the picture so crispy. That being said if I had a tip for anyone I would say definitely have 2 people this took me about 2 and a half hours to assemble and put up on the wall, maybe I’m just slow but there was a lot to prepping the screen to attach to the frame. Other than that the material is flawless, the Ambient light rejection works like a charm as well I can have all my lights on and still have a crispy image. The frame is very nice and the black boarder is Metal for the edge of the screen. I’m super happy with my purchase and could totally recommend this screen to anyone who is looking for a high quality screen 💯. ... show more

    • WORKS AMAZING IN DAYLIGHT

The main reason I bought this screen was because it worked so well in the daytime. I have been impressed by how well it actually worked. It also has higher contrasts at night. The assembly was not easy but I did not have to do it so that was not a factor for me but would be for others perhaps?

I have been using projectors in my home theater for over 20 years. I started out projecting onto a pure white painted wall and progressed through low-cost fixed frame gray and white screens over time. This is my first name brand screen as I was looking for an ALR screen and Elite Screens is a trusted name in projector screens. I have a ceiling mounted Epson 504UB projector which is quite bright, and a theater room with light brown walls. With traditional screen material there is significant light reflection from the screen onto the ceiling and walls, which then reflects back onto the screen, washing out blacks somewhat. This screen reduces the reflections onto the ceiling greatly improving the perceived contrast. The ultra-thin frame around the screen gives it the appearance of a very large flat panel tv, very elegant looking indeed. Assembly was a little more challenging than other screens I have used, but I was able to do it by myself. I have been using the screen for over a year now and the screen is still in perfect tension with no wrinkles. The image is very bright and colorful, with excellent black levels. If I project a completely white image I can see some areas of slight reflectivity differences, but I don't notice it when watching content. This is a quality screen with good value. ... show more

I really think this is the best bang for the buck here. I am really pleased with the visibility in light, and the high quality in dark. I viewed many screens and tested two extensively at friends homes who have setups. Buy this screen if you want something affordable, but that is the highest quality before you jump up to $2,000+. ... show more

First of all it’s not easy assemble it , it extremely difficult it took around 5 hours for me to do it . The quality is ohk I see glitters on the bright image . Thought of returning but I don’t want all the hassle of packing it again and send it so canceled the return . I don’t suggest any one to buy the screen , if you do purchase hire a guy to install it . ... show more

I got a better image from my matte finish wall. To be fair, this could be based on many variables such as the brightness of the projector and obviously the position of the screen. Build quality from Elite Screens is always good. This screen is meant for a brighter room but, when trying to use this screen later in the evening or at night (when ambient light is not an issue), there were hot spots and sparkles. ONLY get this screen for a situation where it is in a room that will always have light and you need the extra gain. It doesn’t seem able to handle double duty. ... show more

Great Product .... cost effective compared to what other local electronic/speciality store gives you. east to assemble. defiantly need two person to stretch it. it improved picture quality a lot vs on wall. also 3D viewing has now more depth.

Easy to install, works great with ambient light.. I am using this with Epson 5030UB, picture quality is mind blowing.. After a day, you will almost forget that you are actually watching movie on projector screen and not on a LED TV.. I will recommended this product.
