Just received my oven yesterday. Baked season chicken thighs for dinner. It came out perfect. Crispy skin and tender chicken thigh. Not dried out at all. No noticeable defects. No dings or dents to complain about. No complaints about the French doors or anything noticeable such as unevenness. Arrived two days after order was placed. Exterior of the oven while baking isn’t extremely hot. If anything, it’s cool or tepid warm to touch. Nobs feels cheap but it does it’s job. While the numbers are still visible, I can understand the complaints about numbers fading. I’ll need to figure out or be cautious not to clean oven with items that may rub it off. This oven is pretty amazing. In the beginning I honestly did not think that I would get much use out of it. Mostly because I was just looking for something to make toast in. I know what you're saying, why not just get a toaster then. I started out just cooking toast. Then came the fries, the chicken patty's, pizza and next thing you know I am cooking one at a time of course. Two, 5+ pound Rotisserie chickens in it and OMG, it came out so mouth watering good. The rest was history. I use this thing more than my oven. I've not found anything yet that I can't cook in it. I even use it more than my Insta Pot. I have no doubt you will enjoy this as much as I have.. Well worth every penny. ... show more

We got this for a different use than the manufacturer intended. We needed a test oven (very small business) so we built one out of this. We modified the system by adding rockwood insulation around all 5 metal sides (the top and sides has the insulation under the cover, back and bottom have the insulation visible), added some silicone fiberglass wire sleeve around the door jam to ask as a door gasket, rewiring the controls, and adding a PID temp control. So , before I chose which model of these ovens to purchase , I read every single review on Lots of them. I picked this one for all of its features , Convection Oven, Bake or Broil, Rotisserie too. So I was prepared to address the issues some people had….. all you need to do is Read The Instructions. People talked the pan on bottom tips when you take it out , it’s a Crumb catcher , leave it in. What I did , by accident , was put Parchment paper on the Cookie sheet pan that comes in the oven, And what happens is the parchment paper attracts all the things floating in oven , you don’t see them, and instead of ending up on your oven sides or top or bottom , it ends up on the paper. I was amazed. I highly recommend this. The other item to remember , if you Rotisserie a chicken or Roast , there is a 7 lb weight limit. One reviewer said they did a 20 lb Turkey. Don’t ! The other thing is , turn your timer to 30 minutes, set an other timer for food, and Always Pre-heat it before cooking. That’s all I’ve been doing & everything has been perfect. I use the convection setting most as I feel it cooks evenly. ( Think Airfryer) I think you will be very happy with this product. ... show more

Like mine very much. Needed more space than my last one and I’m happy with interior measurements. The three things I would want to see are 1) timer set beyond just one hour or at least a timer that would allow the oven to stay on once the 60 minute timer goes off. 2) dehydrator function, which is one reason it needs more than 60 minute timer. 3) 4 flat trays. Great that there’s room for a whole chicken but it accommodates 4 racks so it should come with 4 racks. ... show more

Looks great; easy to clean; toasts and broils well, but what is wrong with your temperature guage? I tried to bake biscuits today and pre-heated the oven for what was supposed to be 350. When I went into the kitchen to check the oven after 15 minutes, the temperature guage I bought (after I read the other reviews) registered nearly 500 degrees!!! I had to reduce the temp to 275 before the guage droped to 350. It bakes well and is a good product, but the temp guage is WAY OFF. They should be compensating all of us who got this oven in some way. ... show more

I ordered the Elite Gourmet ETO-4510 Convection Oven to replace my old Air Fryer. I was looking for the French Doors because I was tired of the grease dripping onto the door every time I removed items. I also was looking for knobs because my husband is Blind and touch screens aren’t blind friendly. When the oven arrived I was so disappointed because it was the size of a microwave, I tried to envision warming up 2 hamburgers or 2 dinners in this huge oven and really didn’t want anything that large. However, the oven was so nice, great sale price and it had all the features I wanted. After weeks of conversation with hubby, I finally decided to keep it and I’m glad I did, I love it, especially the front doors. I purchased a silicone pet mat the size of the oven that can easily be removed for cleaning, the mat has a small lip that contains any liquids that might spill out, missing the countertop, I love that. I’ve been using it for about a month and every time I find more about it that I love. The rotisserie is fantastic, you can toast more then 6 slices of bread at one time and its metal, so magnetic hooks will hole sets of oven mitts and tongs on the sides of the oven. It’s extremely quiet, so much so I look to see if fan is spinning to ensure it’s on. Husband has no trouble using with the help of raise dots to mark 350 degrees or 30 minutes. Each dial knob does have a raise line to match up to the raise dot placement. A loud audible ding will sound when timer dial is completed, nice feature if your visionally impaired.
