The media could not be loaded. My son absolutely loves his bike. Cool colors to choose from as well. I would have to say this bike was easy to put together and fun to have that one on one with my son. The seller went up and beyond to help me with a replacement part. I would say the only drawback on this bike is the seat post. It’s a one unit so that means you cannot change the bike seat. But all in all is a great bike. ... show more

This is a great looking bike and well made. The assembly instructions are not well written (no pictures either) and use lots of terminology many people likely won't understand, but it's easy enough to put together regardless... with the exception of one major component -- the brakes. First, BUYER BEWARE -- if you order this bike with the 20-inch wheels, the U-brake that's provided is hard to fit with that wheel size. The brake placement is too close to the wheel and the tire will rub against the housing unless adjusted perfectly. Secondly, the brake does not come pre-aligned or wired, so you'll have to do that yourself, which can be difficult and frustrating. In all, the assembly process was simple enough, but the U-brake installation made this a bit of a chore. ... show more

I purchased this bike for my son for his birthday. He researched for months and chose this bike because truly thought it would be good quality and couldn’t wait to start riding all over with his friends! Some might not be as disappointed but I’m not rich and it’s not easy for everyone to invest this kind of money so you expect it to at least not fall apart in the first month! I had it professionally assembled to make sure it was done correct. Within the first month of being able to ride it, once summer started and he wasn’t in school. The pedal broke, we fixed it ourselves, then not 3 days later the brake just fell apart and the same day the chain came off and no matter how many times we put it back it won’t stay on. He’s devastated! When I try to get support, I get the number and website of a Power Tool company. No one can help me replace this lemon of a bicycle! Im really Hoping the company will reach out to me and help my son have a bike that he can actually ride this summer! Imagine seeing the smile on your child when he was thrilled to receive it, only to be completely gutted when it just keeps falling apart. #EliteBMX ... show more

Update- I tried contacting a few times and no replies to try to get the missing bike peg. It’s been over a year and now the pads for his hands/handlebars have completely come off. They kept asking niching off and we’d try to shove them back on but it was not easy. Now he’s riding around with no pads and it’s much more difficult to ride. I’d love someone from the company to contact me!!! This bmx style bike is super cool! Our son loves it. It seems really well made and sturdy. It was also easy to assemble-thank goodness. We are missing one back peg, IMO the most important pegs are the back! I have tried twice to go through Amazon to communicate this but no one has acknowledged my inquiry. Please send a new back peg!!! Low stars for that, I will update if we get this resolved. ... show more
