We bought this for my 5 year old, but we all like to use it. We will bring it outside into the shade and let my daughter explore nature to view under the scope (leaves, flowers, bugs, etc). It focuses surprisingly well for all size objects. I do wish the magnification was higher, but it’s plenty strong for our curiosity. The only confusing part for me is turning the side lights on. I think it needs to be plugged into a computer for them to turn on, but the main light is bright enough.

I'm happy with it except for the battery. I have to keep the unit plugged in all the time and the cord is VERY SHORT.

Nice magnifier. The screen is not movable and would better serve if it was. Using the adjustment knob to go closer or farther is flimsy and it requires focusing from the front. Would be much easier if it was on the sides instead of having to stop, focus, and readjust. Overall it’s a little pricey for the features. Great for the occasional user but not everyday.

This item is amazingly clear and simple to use, one thing that I missed is I can't take a full coin picture which is what I needed but parts of coin pic are unbelievable!
