I secured my Nest camera to this mount and hung it in my house behind the curtain to view my outdoor activity. It works perfectly, balancing on the small gap in between the curtain rod and the wall. I re-adjusted my Nest camera to flip the image so that the view wasn't upside down, and I didn't have to run any cables outside. The nest plugs into my nearby outlet, and is hidden behind my curtains. The cables are secured with 3M adhesive clips so that they too are out of sight. Easy, peasey to set up an "outdoor" monitor from the inside of my house.

10 months after installation, the adhesion failed and dropped the camera it was supporting. Luckily it didn’t break but very well could have if it had fallen down to the first floor instead of bounced off the safety wall upstairs and landed on the second floor hallway. I won’t be trusting this product again! I’ve given 2 stars for poor adhesion. For reference, the camera is well within the amount of weight it says it should support.

This was definitely the least expensive way to get my Vizio surround satellite speakers mounted to my walls. The holes make it as easy as it could possibly be to run cables left or right and the included 3M strips indicate that this could hold around 4lbs - plenty for bookshelf/rear surround speaker. They are plastic but I'd rather these small shelves inconspicuously mounted in the corners than have stands taking up floor space. I'd definitely recommend these. 5 stars considering all factors, there are of course better small shelves in this style, but these hit the mark perfectly for this segment.

Do not buy these! The shelves themselves are ok, but they should be ashamed of themselves what they sent for these to adhere to the wall with. It was the crappy kind of command strips without Velcro. Just a soft sticky piece. I didn’t even try that. I had some of the Velcro ones, and you know what? Those didn’t hold my camera up either. Luckily I have industrial rolls of Velcro and fashioned my own way to stick them to the wall. C’mon guys. Really????!!!!

I put these on the wall in my son's bedroom to hold up some surprisingly good cheap as hell speakers to connect to his Alexa. They haven't fallen down yet. There really isn't that much more to say about these shelves than that. If they fall down, I'll do one of those ridiculous updates that people do explaining how it did something and now it doesn't, as if it was the product's fault.

Didn’t Use the “command strips” that came with it and instead purchased the heavy duty ones just in case. But works great to put the camera on in our nursery. The holes for the power chord are a nice touch. It’s sturdy after using different command strips (used 3 just in case) and the camera doesn’t wobble when moving it remotely. Using the second to hold her sound machine too.

I used one of these shelves to stick a phone handset in my mom's bathroom. I put it up three months ago and it has been perfect. I poke at it every once in a while to see if it is still stable. (I did use three of the Command sticky strips because I always think more is better! You can always buy extra of those at just about any store.) These shelves are lightweight, small, and really good. There are longer versions of this type of shelf on Amazon, also.
